The picture does not look at all like the flowers we picked on 1800 flowers. We did not want a bouquet wrapped in plastic and placed in a vase. We wanted an arrangement, this looks very unprofessional.

OMG I simply love my flowers my sweetheart sends me flowers all the time and this arrangement is perfect. I'm sure my next bouquet will come from you guys. Plus I wasn't home when they deliver they sent me a text and safely put my flowers next to my front bush safe and intact
