Flowers are very pretty but it did not come with the balloon or pink ribbon as it showed in picture. I did pay for the balloon.

Bouquet was beautiful and smelled amazing. Only downfall was the tracking of the flowers went straight from preparing for delivery to delivered, so we didn't know when to look out for them. It would have been helpful to have more details in between.

The flowers were nice. My mother loved them. The flowers didn't look anything like the flowers or picture I chose. The BDAY flowers didn't have the Large orange open flower and the greenery didn't look like what's on the picture. I personally could have bought those flowers from Krogers. But, my Mother loved them. Thank you so much. I'm the purchaser.
