I was actually not going to say anything because I feel terrible about the whole situation. My daughter purchased these for me, the first one you guys sent, and none of the budding flowers ever opened and they were dead within two days. She saw them on the second day and was very upset so she called and you guys sent another set out because they died quickly and most didn't bloom before that happened. The exact thing, dying quickly and not blooming happened with the second set. The Greenery in the second set did survive better however the flowers died quickly and almost looked as if they were in a freeze-dried state, crispy and such. I appreciate the attempt to make it right by sending a second set, however the quality of the flowers we received are not what I would expect from a florist. I did, however, have a dozen roses that somebody purchased for me from Kroger, the day after I got the first delivery from you and it has been almost 2 weeks and they are still beautiful. I am not sure what your process is but there is definitely something lacking. It could be a supplier, temperature, I am unsure but I hope for the sake of your business you are able to figure out what is causing this problem with the flowers. They were beautiful when they arrived they just did not last 24 hours.
