Odd delivery situation.Family members home but wont answer door for delivery . Driver was very professional and concerned about the productas it was raining.Yet still made secussful delivery Thank you from her Son

Very dissatisfied with the delivery service Flowers were left in front of the hospital on the ground picture was taken and it was a lot in order to get it to Miss Janice Jones, who is sick in the hospital. Had to call to the hospital to ask if she received them several times because they didn't know where the flowers were very dissatisfied with the delivery service specially for someone at a hospital they could've been left at the hospital front door counter, not on the ground in front of the hospital door where anyone could pick them up and take them

the sweetest surprise! The flowers are gorgeous and smell amazing. They look gorgeous in our living room. The gentleman who dropped them off was also very nice! He provided 5-star service and made the experience great!
