I ordered this through Teleflora online and paid extra for the “deluxe” version. This arrangement looks nothing like what I ordered. There are no flowers or apples, cheap looking ribbon and it's supposed to have a thick red candle appropriately sized to the hurricane (not a thin taper sticking out of the top). I understand that sometimes you have to make substitutions on things but this really is not near what I ordered. Teleflora has refunded me on this.

I love them. I took pictures with them and sent to my niece who sent them and to several family members and friends. And the next day they became more beautiful. This 81 year old is still smiling.
