First of all the flowers were outstanding. But whoever delivered them walked into my garage and left them on the steps leading to the house. We were home and did not hear a doorbell nor did they call to notify us they were there. We used the front door when we left and did not know they were there or who they were from until much later. Again it's the best flower arrangement I've ever had sent but the delivery communications need some work. Really 3.5 stars and 5 stars for the flowers.
