The orchid was beautiful. The shop was very attentive to my request and provided prompt delivery. I could hear my daughter smiling when she called after receiving it.

PERFECT!... great follow-up in correcting an error that I made in delivery instructions, and actual arrangement mirrored but even more beautiful than pictured. For NW Chicago, Donna's is a super alternative to FTD.

The flowers were beautiful. There was a bit of a snafu on the original delivery date so it was rescheduled. Before delivering on the rescheduled day, the owner called my co-worker to make sure she would be there and even asked her how her weekend trip

The arrangements were beautiful. I wish the Church had put them on stands, but they were still nice. Harriet was awesome- so helpful. Since I am in Ohio, I needed a florist that I can trust since I have had bad experiences with on-line florists. Thank
