One of the main differences from the website is that those roses are fully opened and we used extremely fresh roses--they have not filled the space yet. We do always want to meet or exceed your expectations...I'm sorry that we didn't. your price was $134.95 instead of $150

Ordered 12 red roses and 6 purple roses Received 12 red roses and a purple flower substitute Called to resolve and was told by young lady that the price would increase for purple roses AFTER they had quoted me a price originally, making no mention that
