I do need to say when I requested a “girly” arrangement with pink and green I didn't realize that's all that would be delivered. My fault for “assuming” baby's breath would be added and that it would look full, but I didn't ask. It was very basic with no Pizzaz for the price and luckily the girls were at the office as I had requested it be delivered after 2 and it was there much earlier. Still pretty. Just very basic.

Had we gotten the review before delivery yesterday, we could and certainly would have modified it. Maybe I didn't ask enough questions. Lesson learned by me - ask more questions - like "JUST carnations and euc?"Less
I love getting a picture! I was expecting roses and daisies/mums, though, and am not wild about the carnations.
After calling additional white small roses were added but this bouquet is no where near as pretty as the “Basic” shown on line. Disappointing for the price. Also to get grocery store chocolate I could have ordered DoorDash from the grocery for cheaper. I'm sorry I don't normally complain but this is for my new Granddaughters birth and I wanted something special
I did request the premium bouquet and was charged extra for it and this picture appears to be the basic shown in the photo on line. I also expected boxed chocolates not just bags from the grocery store. Thank you
The delivery being early and the costumer service was great! The 24-hr line was very helpful. The actual arrangement was a little underwhelming compared to the expected picture. Some of the flowers are substituted or missing, which I could assume is because of availability. Overall it looks a little empty compared to the full picture.
I appreciate your timeliness in delivery especially with me ordering a day before. I also appreciated the photo of the arrangement; however, if I can provide some feedback, the floral arrangement did not look like the one I selected online or the photo you sent.

The plants look nice and healthy but I wanted a bit more color. The example we ordered from was much brighter and more blooms rather than greenery .
I wasn't thrilled that it didn't have the lilies that the original photo showed. Just doesn't look as elegant without them.
I was pretty disappointed at how small it is. And it had some kind of a spot on the leaf also. I was thinking of a bigger bloom for that price. I probably would have gotten a bigger plant and less of the container. I like having the photo, and I talked to a very nice lady when ordering. I don't usually write reviews!!
Not to worry, it hasn't gone out her- like I just told you, my designer is going to call you and we'll certainly get this resolved for you!
This does not look like the picture that I selected. There doesn't appear to be any peace lilies in it.
Looks a lot smaller than the picture I chose. The white pot looked twice as wide and with the white rocks was nice. My sister said it was beautiful though.
Flowers sent were NOTHING like the colors shown in your web page and substituted flowers were not as nice as those shown in your web page.
Nice, but I asked for white, pink and purple. No yellow. Reds, brown with yellow were not asked for. Thank you 🙏🏼 for asking. I liked getting a photo.

The color of this arrangement looks very different than the one on the website. It also looks very sparse on the right side, or not symmetrical.
It's pretty but I would have hoped for other flowers other than Daisy's for $75. You had mentioned some roses when we spoke on the phone to be included. Thank you

Chose a spring arrangement because I thought everything would be in season but this photo looks nothing like the Peach Dreams arrangement I ordered?
As noted on our website, all flowers may not be available so we must substitute. Actually, the finished product does in deed look very much like the bouquet you selected. As added value, we chose the beautiful callas and baby roses to embellish this. I'm sorry that you were disappointed.
I want to start by saying this is a really beautiful arrangement and everyone at Expressions in Bloom seem like really nice people, so I feel bad complaining or being critical. However, this didn't turn out how I was expecting (maybe bad communication on my part). I thought I had asked to include some purple-colored flowers to the roses and stargazer lily arrangement I normally order, so I'm not sure why this ended up with yellow, white, and light blue flowers. There are also only 7 roses and a couple of stargazers, so for $150 I also think it should probably be mostly roses and stargazers. This feels more like a "Get well soon" arrangement rather than a Valentine's bouquet. Maybe my wife will get a laugh out of it and it will become my new tradition to get bright, colorful flowers for Valentine's day. :) I opted not to inconvenience everyone by sending it back to be changed since I'm sure my wife will still enjoy them.

As I mentioned, you told me to send mixed bouquet to include some purple. We would have been. Perhaps I should have asked you for more details of what you wanted. Next time, I'd love for you to tell us that you are wanting mostly roses and stargazer lilies with purple flowers added. That will make you you get what is in your minds eye. Thank you for choosing to keep the bouquet once you saw it. As I told you on the phone, we would have been more than happy to make something different for you. That is the great thing about sending photos before the delivery is made. In this case, you just didn't see it before our driver left.Less
I have not received the flowers and My husband ordered as a surprise. So. I think you should make sure that the delivery was made before you send a picture. Spoiler alert 😥
Sorry Brenda, we send the pictures so the sender can see them, and they are automated. Occasionally someone wants to make a change with their delivery before it goes out, which allows us to give better service.
I asked for “sparkly and wintry” …. Not seeing that so much. a metallic silver bow would've dressed it up nicely. Oh well.
Judith certainly seemed happy with it, and we had a nice chat about the snow on her steep hill - she said kids were sledding down it all day yesterday
Meh. The finished product vs the online picture of what I ordered was underwhelming. The arrangement was actually rather sparse despite some of the flowers not being fully opened yet. There was far too much greenery unlike the picture and I didn't request a vase with a store logo either. I get it that stuff happens but I won't order from here again. The stars didn't line up this time and I am disappointed that this happened after reading all the good reviews. Someone had to take the hit and that was me. Sorry.
It doesn't look quite as classy, sleek,, and high end with the changes made. Still pretty, just not quite the same vibe.
Becky, Sorry that you were disappointed, but it is impossible to carry every single flower that you see on our website. We kept the same color and design style and I'm sure you noticed that it was delivered within an hour of placing the order.
Hi there, I'm sorry to complain, but I really thought this arrangement would have more blue in it. I was hoping it would look like what is on the website. It's not really what I hoped for.

The flowers were very nice but disappointed in the container. It wasn't as stated on the order and no notification they there would be a substitute.
I'm sorry Dianna that you were disappointed. We do on occasion, need to sub a container if we don't have it. That is stated in our terms of service, but I'm glad that you were pleased with the flowers.
