The plants look nice and healthy but I wanted a bit more color. The example we ordered from was much brighter and more blooms rather than greenery .

I wasn't thrilled that it didn't have the lilies that the original photo showed. Just doesn't look as elegant without them.

I was pretty disappointed at how small it is. And it had some kind of a spot on the leaf also. I was thinking of a bigger bloom for that price. I probably would have gotten a bigger plant and less of the container. I like having the photo, and I talked to a very nice lady when ordering. I don't usually write reviews!!

This does not look like the picture that I selected. There doesn't appear to be any peace lilies in it.

Looks a lot smaller than the picture I chose. The white pot looked twice as wide and with the white rocks was nice. My sister said it was beautiful though.

Flowers sent were NOTHING like the colors shown in your web page and substituted flowers were not as nice as those shown in your web page.

Nice, but I asked for white, pink and purple. No yellow. Reds, brown with yellow were not asked for. Thank you 🙏🏼 for asking. I liked getting a photo.

Hi Claudette, the alstromeria is pink and white, and the carnations that look red are actually hot pink, and there is no yellows, but we added more white to it before delivery (the beauty of our photo program) and changed the alstromeria - and sent a new picture as well - hope you liked it! The color of this arrangement looks very different than the one on the website. It also looks very sparse on the right side, or not symmetrical.

Hi MaryBeth. I tried calling you as soon as I saw your review. As I mentioned on the message, my designer didn't remember telling you that she would add some roses. She had noted that you wanted lots of yellow and blue...I think her thoughts were to add as many flowers as possible. I mentioned that we are happy to take a couple roses over to add to the bouquet if you would like. We have not heard back from you

As noted on our website, all flowers may not be available so we must substitute. Actually, the finished product does in deed look very much like the bouquet you selected. As added value, we chose the beautiful callas and baby roses to embellish this. I'm sorry that you were disappointed.

I want to start by saying this is a really beautiful arrangement and everyone at Expressions in Bloom seem like really nice people, so I feel bad complaining or being critical. However, this didn't turn out how I was expecting (maybe bad communication on my part). I thought I had asked to include some purple-colored flowers to the roses and stargazer lily arrangement I normally order, so I'm not sure why this ended up with yellow, white, and light blue flowers. There are also only 7 roses and a couple of stargazers, so for $150 I also think it should probably be mostly roses and stargazers. This feels more like a "Get well soon" arrangement rather than a Valentine's bouquet. Maybe my wife will get a laugh out of it and it will become my new tradition to get bright, colorful flowers for Valentine's day. :) I opted not to inconvenience everyone by sending it back to be changed since I'm sure my wife will still enjoy them.

Hi Ben, I was the one who not only took the original order from you and spoke with you by phone when you saw the picture we sent you. As I mentioned, you told me to send mixed bouquet to include some purple. We would have been. Perhaps I should have asked you for more details of what you wanted. Next time, I'd love for you to tell us that you are wanting mostly roses and stargazer lilies with purple flowers added. That will make you you get what is in your minds eye. Thank you for choosing to keep the bouquet once you saw it. As I told you on the phone, we would have been more than happy to make something different for you. That is the great thing about sending photos before the delivery is made. In this case, you just didn't see it before our driver left.

I have not received the flowers and My husband ordered as a surprise. So. I think you should make sure that the delivery was made before you send a picture. Spoiler alert 😥

Sorry Brenda, we send the pictures so the sender can see them, and they are automated. Occasionally someone wants to make a change with their delivery before it goes out, which allows us to give better service.

Meh. The finished product vs the online picture of what I ordered was underwhelming. The arrangement was actually rather sparse despite some of the flowers not being fully opened yet. There was far too much greenery unlike the picture and I didn't request a vase with a store logo either. I get it that stuff happens but I won't order from here again. The stars didn't line up this time and I am disappointed that this happened after reading all the good reviews. Someone had to take the hit and that was me. Sorry.

Becky, Sorry that you were disappointed, but it is impossible to carry every single flower that you see on our website. We kept the same color and design style and I'm sure you noticed that it was delivered within an hour of placing the order.

The shape and size is what I expected but I am a bit bummed that the substations were pink instead of purple. The baby pink roses and fushia carnations (?) weren't was I was expecting/looking for when I ordered a lavender arrangement but I'm sure the recipient won't know the difference and will be pleased regardless. Happy to have such a fast turn around and same day delivery and the photo is a great touch.

Hi Samantha, Yes we do have to make substitutions on occasion as it is impossible to carry every single flower and color that we have listed on our website. I delivered this bouquet myself, and I know they were very pleased.

Hello there! I spoke to a very nice man and he told me the Lily's were large and more pink and hot pink not the regular stargazer red and white. That is what I specifically asked for.

Claudette, like I told you on the phone, Stargazers are indeed hot pink, perhaps monitor color threw it off somehow - but the are certainly hot pink with whites on the outside of the fragrant petals. She loved the flowers by the way, and was very excited to get them!

Arrangement is beautiful, but not what was initially ordered. The florist did call back asking if arrangement could be made in the pictured vase, and this was agreed upon. However, the caller was specifically asked by purchaser if the blue colored schem

Please be sure the vase and flowers are purple as in the picture of flowers I chose. My grandmother passed a year ago today and purple was her color.

I assure you that these were all as purple/lavender as we had. I know that the photo does look pink, but they were not. Photos don't always show exact color representations

We actually had a comment as the bouquet was leaving from a customer about how cute it was and how the flowers complimented the ceramic basket...a wonderful Easter Bouquet!

Oh my goodness, you are right, the photo is very blurry. I am so sorry. I must have been in a hurry to get this out on the delivery truck and didn't check to see how the photo looked...oops. It was really pretty..in person tho....I'm sure the recipient is enjoying the plant
