The flowers don't match the vase, and there are too many cheap flowers like Daisies and Carnations. I really do not like it at all.

While this is pretty it's not beautiful like the SILVER Elegance I ordered - nothing on this silver - not one thing.

I'm sorry you didn't like it - we don't use the silver candles as they are painted, and we feel that is a fire hazard, as they are decorative only, and someone may light them. I left you a message to see if we can replace this, adding some silver balls and silver ribbon perhaps

Unfortunate. I ordered a compact arrangement of roses in a short vase. I got splayed out roses stuffed with baby's breath. Not the dramatic expression I hoped.

Well I asked for pink and white flowers I didn't request any yellow flowers and didnt think it was limited to just tulips? Looks more like what I could pick in my yard and put in a mason jar! It not A $50 value

Ahhh, the beauty of our picture program. It hasn't gone out and we will remake it before it goes out - trying to call you for more specifics - and we will send a new picture when we remake it!

Sorry you were displeased, but it was a $70 bouquet, not $100, and there are no carnations in the bouquet. As our designer told you, since we didn't have the stargazer lilies in stock, she used extra hydrangea, an expensive flower, and there are 2 roses, not 1. Maybe your picture wasn't clear, but it was a beautiful bouquet and appropriately filled to the correct value.

I wasn't very impressed, from the flowers and arrangement itself (which looked it could have been purchased straight from Trader Joe's) to the vase, etc. Not much value for the money, in my opinion.

Not what I expected for $80. Carnations, mums and lilies. Recommend people be very specific when ordering. My fault for saying they could decide what to do.

Perhaps the picture is not clear enough to see all the flowers. The bouquet actually has roses, oriental lilies, sunflowers, carnations and mums. But we will always try to do specific orders when requested

This is on slight problem with our photo program, size is difficult to see, but this was huge, at least 24" across, and the biggest one we've done yet this holiday.

Not nearly as attractive as the sales image. The vase doesn't compare. There is much less color with a lot of green filler and no purple. I would not have chosen this if it was in the gallery.

Well we're certainly not happy you are displeased. FYI, it had been delivered when we got your message, and I sent the driver back to pick it up so we could re-do and replace it, which we did. We tried to call you four times, and got no answer, as well as left a voice mail. With it being the day before Thanksgiving, we wanted to resolve it before closing for the weekend.
In the replacement we added more purple to it, the vase it is in is a way nicer than the cheaper vase in the picture you chose, it is a heavy ribbed glass vase as we don't stock plastic vases like in the picture. Again, sorry you didn't like it, but it was a beautiful bouquet and the purples we added to it we thought you would like as that's what you said in your review..

Honestly, this round I am disappointed. I paid premium and based on the picture of what I ordered there were lilies blue irises and white roses. All premium high-end flowers. To get what look like daisies and hydrangeas instead and without the beautiful blue vase just doesn't feel at all on par with the photo. The arrangement also doesn't feel like the same caliber of the last flowers that you custom did for me. I do understand that when we order online that we can't get exactly the same thing, but for the money I spent this just doesn't meet what I expected.

Hi Shannon, I called you as soon as the review came thru, but was only able to leave a message. Perhaps the photograph doesn't show the exact detail. As I explained on the message, it was indeed a nice very blue vase and because the hospital doesn't allow lilies, we substituted hydrangeas (a higher value flower btw) and added several more stems of spray roses. We also added 3 stems of spray chrysanthemums and statice to add extra fullness to your bouquet. Oh, and we did not have any blue iris in stock, so we did need to use something else (as stated clearly on our website that we may have to do). I'm sorry that you were disappointed, but I assure you that the full value was there and you can see by the small business card in the photo, how large the bouquet actually was. Several people actually commented on how lovely the bouquet was as it was carried into the hospital--so it did make a nice statement.

I also explained it to my designer, who I called into the room while we were speaking to tell us exactly what we could do, and she pulled it off beautifully. It looks very much like the picture, pink and white flowers, full and packed nicely with flowers, pink bow, same vase.
I'm sorry you are unhappy with it, but it was a very pretty bouquet I was proud to deliver, made very closely to the picture.
I've extremely rarely told a customer this, but since you are not understanding of *some* substitutions, and the in depth explanation I gave you on the phone, and unhappy with the beautiful bouquet we made for you, AND, you said you wouldn't use us again - I wish you luck with the other florists in town.
We're quite proud of our work. And this was no exception.

the size and selection of flowers unfortunately do not reflect the cost. This looks like something I could buy at the store not at a florists shop. Disappointed.

Did not come with red spiral vase that was in description when ordered. Just a plain vase. Flowers were fresh and nice but quite a small arrangement for the price. Disappointing.

I specifically asked for no carnations. The basket looks white in the photo. I asked not to send a white basket. I was also told there would gd blue hydrangeas .

I would have appreciated knowing the change regarding the substitution I requested. The arrangement did not look like I expected. Colors were not as advertised. Some flowers were also shortlived. Your service was polite and timely though.

I appreciate our visit by phone. As I mentioned, we didn't have anymore pink roses, and you got a super duper bonus with lots of extra roses in your bouquet with no extra charge. Glad that she was still happy with the flowers and thank you for your understanding. Will see you next year

That's the beauty of this program...you get to see what was sent...it seems that the flowers were on the porch a while, because of our "no touch deliveries". We have a new bouquet going out right now! I'm sure that you will like it much better!

Alanna, thanks for your comments. Sometimes the photos don't show exactly what the flowers look like. I would like to assure you that there were no pink flowers and that the ribbon was a pale lavender. The roses are a personal favorite of mine called "Dark Purple". Since you had upgraded the bouquet from the website, our designer needed to use a larger vase to accommodate more flowers. She chose a darker purple that seemed to match the flowers selected. Hopefully this makes you feel a bit better about your gift. Thanks again!

This is my first time ordering from Expressions In Bloom and I am disappointed in the flowers used in this arrangement. It is not as nice as the $14.99 bouquet you get at Costco. I was expecting more for the price I paid.

We're sorry you were unhappy - I took your order on the phone and as I told you, we waited for the freshest flowers to come in. which means the Alstromeria in particular is still in bud form, and will open in a day or two - which will fill in the bouquet nicely. Tho I purposely waited over an hour before I delivered it so you could see the picture, and had you just called us - we could have easily changed it before delivery. But if you wish us to pick it up - we can do so, but need your specific instructions to do so. Again, so sorry you were displeased, and if you wish to call us at 800-405-5666 we'll do whatever you wish!

Oh my goodness. I am so sorry that you were disappointed. Honestly, the pictures are good, but don't fully show the details of a bouquet. I assure you that there were no holes in the bouquet. You had asked for something bright,cheery and long lasting--not "a color scheme with the bright pink/light pink/purple". We would have been happy to accommodate that request for you. You told Emily (who spoke with you) to use our best judgement in filling this. Also, one nice thing about sending a picture, is that you can let us know ASAP, before it goes out for delivery, and we can change it for you. As you can see from the business card included in the picture, it was a very nice size bouquet as well.
Again, I am sorry that you were disappointed. Please know that in person, it was very beautiful.
