Flowers look good. Substituting truffle style chocolates witb almond roca though? That is not acceptable. Now i know not to include add-ons.

$75 for a few random flowers in some leaves? What a rip off! I ordered flowers from this place last year and the flowers were $55 and it was a very beautiful bouquet. This time I ordered an all pink bouquet and this looks like it was just the leftover flowers they had on hand. It would've been nice to get a phone call to discuss modifications and I could've rescheduled a delivery or given feedback on what flowers I would like substituted.

If the picture is what you delivered, I am not pleased. The online picture of the “classic as shown”(which I ordered) is much fuller! The one you sent is sad in comparison .Also, I ordered it in part because of the vase, which I did not get.

The bouquet looks lopsided and there's no cohesiveness or symmetry. The stem lengths are all over the place. It looks really random and the quality doesn't look worth $100.

The bouquet arrived on time. Otherwise I could have door dashed a grocery store bouquet for 1/3 the price. Unfortunately I will not be buying again

This does not look anything like the order I placed, which was for the ‘Breathless Bouquet' on your site. It's quite “less than” for what I paid. I'm pretty disappointed, to be honest.

I do appreciate receiving the photo; however, I am very disappointed in the arrangement! Compare the photo on your website for this item (Classic as shown) and the photo that I was sent of the actual arrangement. There is no "rustic" basket, the bow looks cheap and flimsy, and the arrangement looks unfinished. There were no other greens added with the conifer greens, such as holly or some green leafy stems. This is the second time this year that I have been disappointed in the quality of the arrangements purchased compared to the photo on your website. 😒

We're of course sorry you didn't like it. However, it had 3 types of greens in it - Noble, Pine, and Cedar, was in a brown wicker basket, and the bow was not a cheap, flimsy bow. I honestly don't kow how we could have come closer to the picture, which is why we have the disclaimer on every item on our site that some substitutions must be allowed. However, thee was nearly 2 hours between the picture going to you and delivery. As soon as you rated it 3 or less, you are immediately taken to a page with our phone number asking you to call us right away if there are any problems, which went out both by text and email. I don't understand why you didn't call us. Sorry to say NOTHING will be EXACTLY like the image, tho we couldn't have come closer. All the best to you.

I ordered this arrangement for our 27th Anniversary. The floral arrangement is ok and while I'm disappointed the color scheme of the arrangement is completely different from what I ordered, I know that substituting flowers is to be expected. But, the vase??? Your website described this order as having a “high-end” vase. The picture in your website shows a beautiful colored glass vase. The photo of what you put together shows a vase that isn't a “high-end” vase at all. It looks like any vase we all have in our cupboards or what we can buy at any thrift store. I'm so disappointed with this order. This was/is a very special occasion for my wife and I and this isn't at all what I expected.

You seem to be confusing substitutions and subtractions. This looks much less dense than photo online because of absence of alstroemeria and chrysanthemums and the substitutions of hot pink carnations for spray roses isn't great either.

Not meaning to argue - but it was perfectly made exactly like the picture - perhaps you thought you ordered something else - but search for Sincerely Yours and you will see.

I used to really love the arrangements...but in the last 1-2 years the quality has gone down. The arrangements rarely look much at all like what I picked. The substitutions used to be much better. I feel I could buy some at Safeway and make my own arrangements...so that's what I'll do from now on.

Does not look like the photo or description as advertised. No blue hydrangea, no white (or stargazer) lilies, no eucalyptus. Instead, it is mostly ugly budget irises. I don't even like irises and they make the whole arrangement look cheap. Very disappointed and would not order again.

Great flower set for what they are, just misunderstood due to wording on website. “Classic as shown”, meaning the image on the website, was drastically different than what was received. Would have ordered the upgraded version if it was mentioned that it would not not look like “classic as shown”. Pretty flowers just much more naked than what was displayed.

The flowers don't match the vase, and there are too many cheap flowers like Daisies and Carnations. I really do not like it at all.

While this is pretty it's not beautiful like the SILVER Elegance I ordered - nothing on this silver - not one thing.

I'm sorry you didn't like it - we don't use the silver candles as they are painted, and we feel that is a fire hazard, as they are decorative only, and someone may light them. I left you a message to see if we can replace this, adding some silver balls and silver ribbon perhaps

Unfortunate. I ordered a compact arrangement of roses in a short vase. I got splayed out roses stuffed with baby's breath. Not the dramatic expression I hoped.

Well I asked for pink and white flowers I didn't request any yellow flowers and didnt think it was limited to just tulips? Looks more like what I could pick in my yard and put in a mason jar! It not A $50 value

Disappointed in arrangement. For the $100 paid, I expected nicer flowers. Only one rose is arrangement with predominantly carnations

As our designer told you, since we didn't have the stargazer lilies in stock, she used extra hydrangea, an expensive flower, and there are 2 roses, not 1. Maybe your picture wasn't clear, but it was a beautiful bouquet and appropriately filled to the correct value.

I wasn't very impressed, from the flowers and arrangement itself (which looked it could have been purchased straight from Trader Joe's) to the vase, etc. Not much value for the money, in my opinion.

Not what I expected for $80. Carnations, mums and lilies. Recommend people be very specific when ordering. My fault for saying they could decide what to do.

Perhaps the picture is not clear enough to see all the flowers. The bouquet actually has roses, oriental lilies, sunflowers, carnations and mums. But we will always try to do specific orders when requested
