The arrangement is beautiful and I so greatly appreciate the photo being sent as so often you order, and have no idea as to what actually arrived to the recipient. I was also very grateful for the last minute change to my delivery date and that you were able to accommodate it. Great service that is greatly appreciated.

The bouquet looks lopsided and there's no cohesiveness or symmetry. The stem lengths are all over the place. It looks really random and the quality doesn't look worth $100.
