I expected the arrangement to be bigger especially for a memorial. Wish photo came before order completed, I would have increased size.

I'm sorry Linda, we would have loved to change it for you. The picture was sent early Saturday Morning, about 4 hours before the delivery which was at 12:28, both by text and by email. So there was 4 hours or more during which we certainly would have made changes for you. Also, if any review is 3 stars or less, immediately. the sender is taken to a page with our phone number on it, for this very reason - we never want someone displeased with our flowers or our service.
