I ended up ruining the surprise because this message and update makes it sound like they were delivered. Highly recommend you update it so people don't think it's delivered. I'm not happy

Colors are not as pictured on the website. I'm not a fan of red and yellow and lavender together. Just disappointed.

No, I didn't like my order because the roses were drooped over and dark the next day. I wasn't happy at all. I wanted fresh flowers for my husband.

Very good work. But when my wife got the flowers it did not look like that. Like it got tipped over. I'm pretty upset cuz I paid alot for those. We have a pic after they was delivered.

The flowers came on time and "were" beautiful. My wife loved them. Now that thay have been in our home where we keep it a nice 75⁰, the flowers are all bending over abd starting to wilt. Some in partial bloom. Did I mention we have only had the flowers for 3 days. The flowers I get at Walmart or another local store last longer. I am disappointed.

Same Day Guarantee - not honored: Ordered arrangement to arrive on June 20 (sympathy arrangement) and spoke with Holly to confirm - received delivery confirmation on June 22, TWO days after guarantee. Recipient has since left the country, which is why a June 20 delivery was requested. No call or email update to alert of delay.

For the price, I think it's very minimal. Disappointed. Should have looked online. Would have chosen differently. Bouquet is far from what I requested with phone person.

Don't love the ribbon, does not match at all, I asked that it be white if the blues did not match. Sorry but thats awful. Not happy at all!!!!

Was expecting a lot more for $60 bucks. There was supposed to be more flowers. Is that the finished product?

This was a very disappointing experience. My Daughter had surgery and I placed this order days in advance and it was not delivered. I was referred to this place by Utah natives and now they are alo so disappointed. It's really sad for me that they let me down.

Delivery was late, and 2 out of the 12 roses had dead rose pedals on them. I would think for the amount of money that was paid. You could at least get fresh flowers. 100% disappointed and wife was almost left and missed the delivery all together.

Very Dissatisfied this time , this flowers comes with 3 white roses and specifically requested 2 white roses and 1 red rose , well no red rose was in the flowers and my flowers were delivered with 2 white roses instead of 3 , what of embarrassment with the birthday person.
