This looks nothing like what I ordered. It should be the exact same as what I ordered and there are parts missing to this flower.

Was delivered outside of my selected time frame. Was just dropped at the door when I didn't authorize it to be dropped and to top it off it didn't even make it to the right person they delivered to the wrong apt. I've never had a problem with flower patch in the past maybe the driver just didn't care.

Didn't get what was ordered and had to call back and pay more for the bear that was originally ordered and it ended up being delivered separately from the flowers. Will not be doing business here again!

Looked pretty in the box, but flowers fell off before we even got pictures taken. So frustrating and embarrassing.

There were no lilies in this arrangement. Paid the same for an arrangement early in the day, and the one that got sent earlier had lilies. This one did not so we should not have been charged the amount with lilies, since the arrangement had no lilies. Should have put a substitution in the arrangement instead of charging the same as the other one.

The flower was fairly smaller than the one pictured on the website. The one on the website was more fuller than the one we received. I will not be ordering from this company again, this is the West Jordan branch on 9000. Also, for the ribbon I paid for the whole note that I wanted on there but they only put our name on there. No one contacted me to let me know this is what it was coming out to, I had to be the one to call and let them know I paid full price for something that was not done properly.

Wow. I'm shocked at how bad these look in comparison to what you showed on your website. Now, I know that it never looks quite as good as the original on the site but as a designer, to see that you included literally two Gerber daisies, some babies breath, and the decoration, this is insane for $50. Not happy!

Very disappointed in the arrangement. We paid 75.00 for filler and less than 12 stems of flowers

So disappointed! This looks so sad and sparse compared to how many were in the photo. :( it could have easily had one more in there for fullness

I wasn't pleased with the flowers. There weren't very many carnations in the arrangement for saying I spent $50 on it. You'd think for $50 there could have been several carnations or some kind of flower in the arrangement. I won't be using you again.

How big is this? It does not look like an arrangement worth 125.00. I am not impressed.

This arrangement needs filler flower and greenery in it . And also a vase so the flowers won't wilt. I work at a flower shop in a different state.

The flowers I actually received had 2 orange roses verses 3 from the picture and they had substituted small red roses verses pink which made it not as fun!

That doesn't look anything like the picture of the flowers on the website. Please Look at your picture on the website and then look at my arrangement. My arrangement looks very sloppy! Please fix it. I want it to look like the picture online.

They never gave me a picture of the final placement. They called and said they had no way of securing the balloons which is odd considering they are meant for the outside and any wind blows them away. Then when I called they informed me that they chose to use a rock to secure it in place. Now I understand why there was no picture sent, because my sister said the “day” on birthday was popped. Pretty disappointing for a lot of reason I don't care to share here. I have to say disappointed is an understatement.

It seems very light on the flowers. It's not nice and full like the photo I requested.

The flowers look nice, hopefully the containers are not glass. Cemetery doesn't allow glass containers!

Yes, the flowers are beautiful! Thank you but… one year I had a picture sent from the graveside when they were delivered (I think it was from your store?? ). If it wasn't your store you might consider doing that. Thank you

I was assured it would be in a short base with no filler. The baby's breath looks awful. I wanted a short and masculine. arrangement. This is the opposite of what I asked for

I cancelled this order it supposed to be delivered yesterday! Plus It doesn't look like the arrangement I wanted .

This arrangement doesn't look like the one in your shop that the girl said it would look exactly like. It had all peach colored roses with a cluster of tiny peach rose buds in the center. I'm disappointed.

I paid more for this set of flowers, I felt like I paid more for less versus my previous orders where they were more full.
