Wish I could give zero stars. Flowers lasted 2 days and are dead. Absolute waste of money. Will not be good back or recommending
They arrived late! It's been 3 days and most of the arrangements are dying.

I selected this arrangement specifically because it came with a lovely sage color vase, my daughters favorite. It also has some beautiful swirls that highlighted the daisies. I'm rather disappointed. Flower Patch has never let me down until now?? What's the problem?
Flowers never arrived. They made it so hard and we're not helpful. How can a business based on delivery not find a house when given the right address?????? Why did it take so many calls and still no resolution? Will never use or recommend.
But I was exspecting to C husband grave with them on it. So could u try again???
The flowers were nice, but the constant barrage of emails and texts following delivery, begging for feedback, were beyond annoying. Companies used to provide services; now they're as narcissistic as YouTubers and Tik Tok wannabes and won't leave you alone until you give feedback. So here you go, please leave me alone! And yes, this incessant pestering definitely left a bad taste in my mouth and makes me very hesitant to do business with Flower Patch in the future.
Never received order so I canceled and got my money back I had originally ordered them and got an email confirming they were delivered and they were not so I called flower patch to get it figured out and got the worse attitude from customer service over the phone she was clearly not having a great day and I received the attitude for it and because of the attitude nothing was getting figured out so I decided to cancel the order and get a refund I've always used flower patch for my flower purchases even when I was overseas deployed and I have always had a great experience but after this purchase I don't think I'll ever buy from flower patch again not worth spending hard earned money to deal with an attitude
Very upsetting I have to write this but I didn't get the flowers but I did get a confirmation email saying they were delivered so I called and dealt with an employee that clearly wasn't having a good day so it didn't help the situation I have used flower patch for a long time and it was my go to when I was deployed overseas and I love how convenient they made it for me but today out an awful feeling in my mind to ever use your business again I know it's not all of flower patch's fault in an entirety but not only dealing with flowers that weren't delivered dealing with an employee like I did that did not help the situation was unfortunate and upsetting
Hi, I had specifically asked for no ribbon, a clear vase with clear water. A variety of pink roses not opened yet. I only see one size. The web site/pic says two types of roses to give the arrangement some balance....pink roses, pink spray roses and pink wax flow, arranged alternately with the daisies. That opened rose will not last very long. Disappointed!
Those are peach flowers not pink (pink to signify breast cancer!)and where is the teal?!?😭 that's not going to match her urn very well!😭
why are they fully bloomed? they won't last long if they are that bloomed.

No, for $50-$60 I was disappointed. I said it didn't have to have roses but I figured without roses it would be much bigger and more colorful (is what I asked for).
Wouldn't recommend this place. I asked for something in specific and they sent the complete opposite. Apparently they didn't have the roses I requested but no one took the time to call me and let me know. They put some random colors making it look like an arrangement suited for a funeral instead of something elegant and cheerful. My fiancée was not please at all and to top it off, I requested the flowers to be delivered after 5pm and they showed up wait before that spoiling the surprise because my fiancé wasn't even at the place of delivery… The people running and working at this place have no feelings or respect. I paid $200 plus tax and instead of this been a Pleasent experience it turned out to be the biggest let down of my life 🤦♂️ I want my money back. Hope the manager issued a credit and have the decency to call and apologize.
I specifically asked for yellow roses to be added as the main color! Also paid more for 18 total roses. That looks like it has 12 only

These are fall colors, and it's April 1; I'm not sure that these are the "cutest and brightest" like the website says. And there's not much green filler/accent.
Unfortunately that is not what we ordered.
Dosnt look the same as the picture in the catalog! Looks sparce the daisy needed to be more spread out and some taller!!! Not impressed!
