Flowers look alittle brown

The arrangement I purchased had pink roses. These are CLEARLY red. Customer service was so bad that they refused to swap them out for pink despite my attempts to verify the details by sending them photos of what I paid for. This tells me that they were incapable of doing a simple swap- that they do not have their own supply of flowers but are simply a middle man that purchases arrangements on an as needed basis. They are not florists. Needless to say- this was the last straw for the flower patch.

This looks nothing like the original picture of “Garden of Remembrance.” I tried calling but the phones are off. Please remove those large yellow flowers. I asked for a TINY pop of pale yellow. Not anything big or bright. The hydrangeas were an ivory in the picture, not a bright white. Please make it look similar to the picture.

Looks tiny compared to what I thought I was ordering. How many flowers are in there?

I asked for red roses, not white. If you were out of red, I wished you would have told me 1st before picking another color. Not what I wanted.

My wife was very disapointed the arrangement lasted only a couple days, but she was still looking forward to re purposing the vase it came with. When she tried to empty it she was injured by the twisted metal of the CHICKEN WIRE that was used in place of florist foam! No wonder the arrangement lasted only a couple days. Not only that, but the vase was completely dented and botched on the bottom. A cheap product made in China they probably got a deal on because of the horrific factory defects. Also- This review system does not allow for customers to share photos in an effort to curtail bad press on their website.

You lost the letter. That was the most important part.

The flowers are beautiful but my dad's name was misspelled and my sister's name was left off! 😡 Can you fix this by tomorrow morning before the viewing/funeral? I am so sad for her on top of an already mourning moment. I will change my review rating if fixed!

Order process was easy, delivery was on time. Unfortunately the quality of flowers was very poor. Delivery happened Thursday morning and by Saturday afternoon, they already look completely dead. This would be expected at maybe a grocery store arrangement, but when ordering premium flowers from a reputable flower shop, expectations are much higher. When I made a comment about how they were already dead, my wife mentioned they didn't look super healthy when they first arrived. Sorry, but the quality of this order was completely unacceptable.

I requested to see if we can get flowers delivered by five or 530. They delivered at 3:36 left outside my house in the heat when they were supposed to call me and let me know what would be the next step to make sure the flowers were fresh and the cinnamon chocolate didn't melt. This was for my anniversary.

I wish they had the bright colors pinks & orange. Because we want to bright up our friend's day

The picture online shows purple, not blue. I wouldn't have ordered this one, if I knew it was blue & had a random flower stem out the back. :(

The blossoms never bloomed. So I didn't get to see the arrangement I paid for very disappointed in the outcome probably will not order her again

Good afternoon, I'm very disappointed with the service. The flower delivery was scheduled between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM, but no one arrived and I still have no update on where the flowers are. Unfortunately, this completely ruined the surprise and caused a very bad experience. At this point, I would like a full refund, since the delivery was not completed as promised. I would appreciate an immediate response and solution. Thank you.

$389.00 for this!! I purchased this floral arrangement in person. The sales clerk showed me a photo catalog of the sympathy floral arrangements. I selected an arrangement similar to the arrangement that was delivered to the mortuary. Similar is a generous adjective as to the actual product that was delivered. Maybe rip-off would be a better descriptive comparison. I tried to paste a JPEG photo comparison to this document, but was unable to do so.

It should have been Happy Birthday not Mothers Day. Lily sent us a picture

I ordered this arrangement specifically for the frilly edges of the star gazer Lilles as shown in the product photograph. However my arrangement did not contain the lillies as shown. They are straight edged and boring. Also had to deal with an inquisition from customer service into the intimate details of my relationship with my pregnant wife to finalize the order.

The arrangement in the photo had many more gerbera daisies. Disappointed to say the least.

Didn't deliver. Need update.

Service was great but product was not worth the price , this was for a funeral arrangement and I saw the difference of arrangement and details at the funeral and Bountiful Plant Co. was much better than flower patch! I'm sorry but flower patch lost my business I recommend Bountiful Plant Co. they were caring and delivered was much better and double size of what I ordered in here!

I said no carnations. This is not pastels. I am disappointed, upset and angry.
