Good afternoon, I'm very disappointed with the service. The flower delivery was scheduled between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM, but no one arrived and I still have no update on where the flowers are. Unfortunately, this completely ruined the surprise and caused a very bad experience. At this point, I would like a full refund, since the delivery was not completed as promised. I would appreciate an immediate response and solution. Thank you.

$389.00 for this!! I purchased this floral arrangement in person. The sales clerk showed me a photo catalog of the sympathy floral arrangements. I selected an arrangement similar to the arrangement that was delivered to the mortuary. Similar is a generous adjective as to the actual product that was delivered. Maybe rip-off would be a better descriptive comparison. I tried to paste a JPEG photo comparison to this document, but was unable to do so.

I ordered this arrangement specifically for the frilly edges of the star gazer Lilles as shown in the product photograph. However my arrangement did not contain the lillies as shown. They are straight edged and boring. Also had to deal with an inquisition from customer service into the intimate details of my relationship with my pregnant wife to finalize the order.

The arrangement in the photo had many more gerbera daisies. Disappointed to say the least.

Didn't deliver. Need update.

Service was great but product was not worth the price , this was for a funeral arrangement and I saw the difference of arrangement and details at the funeral and Bountiful Plant Co. was much better than flower patch! I'm sorry but flower patch lost my business I recommend Bountiful Plant Co. they were caring and delivered was much better and double size of what I ordered in here!

I said no carnations. This is not pastels. I am disappointed, upset and angry.

I requested tulips. What happened? If you didn't have them why didn't you tell me? This is very disappointing.

Unfortunately no one was home for initial delivery which is on me but rescheduling was terrible. The phone numbers provide in the voicemail, email, and text never worked. Then the card left on the door didn't provide any info no number or email or even store name! I had to call a specific store and go through an associate to get everything fixed!

Where is the little chicken thing that was in the picture it was 18.98 and came with the balloon but is not in the picture I wanna make sure it's going to be delivered with the flowers

I never received the flowers to my mom an when I called they told me they don't deliver to salt lake city ut , when I have ordered there before an it was 2days late an they never got the whole order only half So I won't be ordering from you ever again an I will let my friend's know to not go thru you

Ordered these with red roses, they emailed me 3 hours after saying they didn't have red and that they could have them by the following Monday.. three days later (after my anniversary)! I settled on orange and white to get them the day I ordered them, in which they tried to say they couldn't have them delivered anymore by the end of day. I asked for a discount in which I was told no, even though I didn't get what I ordered! 150$ for flowers I didn't even get correctly. Also side note they smell like cat pee!

The first order of those roses 🌹 were fresh and beautiful. This last time they were half dead.

I'm not going to be ordering from here anymore. I'm his is the second time I've ordered from here and both times the flowers die in a few days.

This looks nothing like what I ordered. It should be the exact same as what I ordered and there are parts missing to this flower.

Was delivered outside of my selected time frame. Was just dropped at the door when I didn't authorize it to be dropped and to top it off it didn't even make it to the right person they delivered to the wrong apt. I've never had a problem with flower patch in the past maybe the driver just didn't care.
