It looked amazing but didn't come with a card like it said

I love the flower arrangement, it was beautifully done and done the way I wanted it. People were very friendly and helpful, my only complaint was the delivery time, it was not there at the assign time. It made me nervous and worried and I had to call to make sure that it was getting delivered. When you promised a time schedule, then you need to follow that time and communication the process.

Doesn't really look like the photo of what I had ordered. They seem to be missing extra pieces of green long stems to make it look fuller.

I like them, however, this is the first time in a long time of buying flowers from you that it didn't meet expectations. I thought it would have been much bigger for the price. Still beautiful and she loved them but I was disappointed.

I would have liked the splash of purple to be distributed throughout the arrangement instead of just a clump in the middle.

That is still not the arrangement I choose in the case. It was all peach roses. There were no white flowers. You probably shouldn't send a photo if it won't be that one.I specifically asked her if it would be that arrangement or one exactly the same. She said yes! I asked her how she knew.i asked if they could send that one in the case & she said no. She said there is a number on the item. I was also told it would be delivered on Saturday between 1 & 3 pm.

The cremation piece was very nice. The two side arrangements were pretty but sparse and could have had other flowers included not just carnations and roses. Overall it looked nice.

This arrangement does not look as full as the advertised one and the big pink flower is not like the one in the advertised picture.

This is pretty, but it's not the one I picked out. I'm disappointed. It doesn't look anything like the heartfelt memories spray I ordered.

I was expecting more for a 100,00 plus bouquet

The shop staff were friendly The flowers arrived QUICKLY after my order, which was great! Unfortunately the flowers themselves started wilting and generally looking awful after the 2nd day. I would hope for better longevity for the price.

It's pretty but it's not really what I ordered. I ordered a large vase of spring flowers with no roses. I don't think it's worth $80. 😕

It will do. Not really what I ordered, and not really what we talked about after you called me and told me that you didn't have the mug that I ordered,we decided on a cute bucket or container; this one is too plain, like something that I can get at the grocery store. Pretty, but for as much money as I spent, I expected more.

I loved the arrangement but it didi't seem as full as the picture I thought I was ordering. And within a couple of days the mini white roses started to wilt. We had water and the additive etc. so I'm a little disappointed with that for the price I paid.

I was disappointed because the snapdragons were wilted and had started to die already. It's hard to tell from this picture, but I noticed that when I saw it in person. This arrangement was for a special person so I really wanted it to look nice. For the price I paid I expected all fresh flowers and for it to last 3-4 days after the funeral.

Hi, I'm a little disappointed because it doesn't look at all as full as the picture online and where is the stringy green things like in the photo? 😞

It's pretty but wish the flowers used were taller in length like shown. We ordered this same one a year ago and it was beautiful, taller in length, just like the picture. I understand you use flowers that were available but I am talking about the cutting of the flowers to be taller and make the spray look larger as shown. At least could have used larger sunflowers to make it "pop"

The flowers are beautiful and you always provide great customer service. However, these flowers are about half the size as they look like on the website. You should update the photo on your website to reflect what customers are actually purchasing. Thank you.

However beautiful!!, not what I had in mind. I envisioned elegant, creams, mauve, pinks, lillies, roses, NO REDS!!!! I didn't respond to pre-delivery pic because I was so frustrated. Your web is difficult to manage and I'm 2,500 miles away. Totally frustrated!!!

A different vase might have been better choice, tall and skinny less appealing than shorter wider vase in my opinion.
