The photo on the website has TWICE the quantity of roses & carnations to what is on my arrangement - only ONE size /price was indicated so I expected what I saw on the site! Also I dont even see the gladiolas in my arrangement- I expect to get what is shown and paid for. I am quite disappointed and will not shop Flower Patch again, the website photos drew me in but it was a "bait & switch" for me, and this was for a dear friend who has suffered a sudden tragedy. I am really quite disheartened by your poor turnout in such a devastating time. I will share my experience with ALL my insurance customers & friends & family. Improve your ways, provide what is expected, or get out of the industry.

Well I don't know if the picture is just not so great but I'm a little disappointed in this arrangement for almost 100$. It just looks lackluster and small for the price unfortunately.

Please put the pink roses in there. Forever love comes with pink roses also. I paid good money for these flowers.

The one I had ordered pictured a bigger plant and the basket was bigger. The treat box was suppose to have more treats in it according to the pictures of what I ordered. I spent a lot of money and I was disappointed in what I actually got.

So I ordered one dozen roses to be delivered the Friday before Valentine's Day (February 12th) and they show up today a week early. Really who does something like that? Then you want me to rate you and leave a comment? How would you rate you? The $100 dollars is spent, the surprise is shot. Not even sure what to say and for a $100 no less.

This does not look like the bouquet I ordered, "Caribbean Mist". It is not the same color combination and lacks the bright and cheerful appeal of the flowers on your website. I am unimpressed.

Doesn't even look close to as full and beautiful as the one I selected and I kinda feel like its a rip off for the price. Don't mind spending money on flowers but yall could step it yp qnd make it look like it does in the picture for the price yall want for flowers.

If this photo is accurate this not what I ordered. I ordered the Cherished Memories Spray which on the website is described as an arrangement in a a white mache container with dimensions of 36" x 25".

I am so disappointed in my arrangement . I asked for the same flowers as the Urn arrangement but got a total arrangement that was not what I ordered. For this Dear Ocassion I couldn't believe the mishap. I was so upset. And to be told when I ordered the arrangements was told by Andrea the florist that she didn't do funerals. Who says that? If you don't know you ask. Very unprofessional. I couldn't believe she said that and didn't know the phone number when I inquired . So terrible. And went to the Murray location to make sure the order was correct since I couldn't get the help I needed in West Jordan. Don't know if I will be using this florist in the future. So if you do use them please check and recheck your order and save headaches and heartache. Very Unhappy ?

I enjoy that the purple is very prevalent but I'm not sure the cost is justified based on the end results. With other shops I could have gotten a much bigger bouquet for the same price. I'm left feel unsatisfied. I also feel the bow is completely unprofessional looking and if added should've been nicer or more complimentary.

Love the flowers and the recipient loved the flowers. BUT When I made the order I selected them to arrive between 8am and 12pm (the recipients work shift), the flowers did not arrive until 12:45pm at that point the recipient had left for the day. I feel like I could have spent less money and picked something out at the store and delivered them myself, would have been less beautiful but at least they would have gotten to the person for her retirement party.

I thought the flowers were pretty but I thought small for $40.00. It looked like there were about twelve stems plus greenery. Maybe I'm out of touch with flower prices but it just seemed like not much for the money.

the wreath was perfect The reason for the 2 is the corsages & boutonnieres: First of all I started out on a phone call with Jenna, a new employee. Since she had to continue to ask the manager questions the manager at one point just took over the call. The manager that I talked to on the phone would not listen to me at all on what I wanted. She took it upon herself to just tell me what they were going to do. Being out of state I could only call and not come into the business. The corsages where okay but I felt the flowers were small for the price. The boutonnieres were beyond wimpy. The small carnations flowers are filler flowers, they should have had full carnation too. I feel I was grossly overcharged! While on the phone trying to order flowers for my mother's funeral the manager I was talking to made me feel like I was putting your business in a huge bind by placing a large order. I was made to feel like I was a horrible person while I am grieving the my mother. Then when I did arrive in SLC and I can see The Flower Patch building and I see how big it is I was dumbfounded how you could not have enough flowers in that huge building for my order. I was made to feel on the phone call that I was causing a huge problem by most likely taking all of your flowers. What I wanted was a rainbow of colors. I don't know why that would have been difficult to have different colors of carnations but I stopped even trying to explain what I would like when it was very clear that the manager wasn't going to listen to me and just wanted to finish my order and get me off the phone. It is very hard to believe that those corsages and boutonnieres added up to around $600 - I was grossly overcharged. I will not use Flower Patch again not only because the customer service was degrading but the cost was way too high for what we received. I feel that I should receive a refund for half the price of the corsages and boutonnieres! The only reason I am even giving a 2 is because the wreath was beautiful.
