Completely happy with the service I received in the shop!!! Disappointed in my delivery---My picture shows a balloon in which I paid for.....But yet when delivered to the recipient there was no balloon. I get things happen---If it popped in delivery cool--a little message would have been nice!!! But to see no explanation and no balloon was disappointing!!!

I am disappointed. The rose in front looks old. The snapdragons are not pink like the website photo showed. And the bow is halfway down the vase, it is actually touching the countertop. Please replace the Rose in front, and raise the bow to the top a the vase, and please make sure it stays there. And if there are any pink snapdragons, please use those instead of the yellow or white ones. Thank you

The flowers are beautiful. I waited until I got home to see if my wife could see the “heart”. It was not noticeable at all. I could have just ordered a dozen roses.

The flowers themselves were nice! However the delivery time options were wide in Rand the choice they had that I picked was to be delivered between 3-7pm. I put the recipients name so they knew who to hand them too. They delivered the flowers at 12pm and didn't give them to the recipient as she was not there yet. However when I called to verify the delivery time just before 3pm they told me that they had already been delivered and left with the recipient at 12pm. I told them no that that was impossible cuz the recipient wasn't there until 2pm. They insisted that they gave it to the correct person and wouldn't acknowledge that they failed to do what they were hired to do. I wouldn't recommend them

The arrangement looked very sparse, especially the outer flowers. They were delivered to the funeral home just before the service so I had no option but to accept them. Other people contributed to them and I was embarrassed about them.

It doesn't look like the picture on the web. No green berries, not much blue and yellow flowers look wilted. I will be hesitant to order by phone in the future

Order doesn't meet expectations. Comparing side by side photo it looks like the arrangement you made is missing some flowers, is less full than what was advertised... makes it look cheaper. I had the same issue with my last order but didn't say anything. So as far as I'm concerned that 0 for 2 and I guess it's time for me to look for a new florist. A couple positives, promptness and I do like that you sent an image of it. Because of those in I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 star. Ultimately, the product is most important and, again, you didn't meet the standard that was advertised on the website. Cheers

2 stars because the actual flower arrangement was very beautiful and well done. However, I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with my flower order for my friend's funeral service. Over the phone, it was discussed that the ribbon would read “From Kayla's friends in California.” However, the arrangement was delivered with incorrect grammar. It was missing the apostrophe in “Kayla's,” and there was an unnecessary comma after “from.” In addition, the card information was cut off, omitting about one-quarter of the message we submitted online. Most upsetting, the card did not even include who the flowers were from. Considering this arrangement was meant for a funeral service, we are extremely upset about the way this order was handled.

I love getting a photo but do not like the colors, I was picturing daisies not mums, and the carnations are a different pink

It looks very empty.it doesn't have the pretty Fall look like the pictures in your book had.

The flowers were very well done and looked beautiful! However, no one at the event knew who sent the flowers because the card I left with the shop was NOT delivered with the flowers!! Very disappointing!

I saw the photo you sent, and the flowers are beautiful, but I was very disappointed that the arrangement was not much larger, considering the price!!

I hope it's just the picture but this looks nothing like the main photo. Flowers look rough. Ribbon poorly tied. Sheesh

They sent a different order than what i ordered even after I called. My friend said her little girl liked them... It is what it is

All the red flowers are missing on the side. This has a lot less flowers. I'm disappointed.

It neeeded more wood flowers not just filler

Yes, I like getting a photo of the flower arrangement. This is nice, but the one I ordered had more white flowers and not as much greenery. The one I ordered had more Lillie's. I understand the lily in front is not open yet.

Surprised that for $100, it looks like a smaller arrangement that I got for $75 last time 😬 I was hoping for an upgrade…4 snaps, 5 roses, and 2 gerbs? Disappointed 😓

That doesn't look like $100 worth of flowers to me. I think I'm just going to come to your store when it opens. Yes, getting the photo is crucial.

I don't expect the arrangements to completely match the profile picture, but it should at least come close. The first arrangement did not even look close. It looked like some of the needed flowers and extras were gathered together and just tossed into the vase and on closer inspection of the picture, the flowers did not even look fresh. When I called about it, the rep did not seem all the bothered about it. They did offer to have the driver return it and they would do it over. The second attempt was a little better Some attempt at an arrangment was made and the missing elements were added. Unfortunately, by the time the second delivery was made, my wife had already left her office for the day. We ended up getting her flowers on Saturday. Again, they were not fresh flowers so by Sunday they had already started to droop. A ruined surprise anniversary gesture.

Not sure this mine. Requested white llilies with pink and white roses. Also requested not to be on a glass vase. Thanks for the photo.

I feel there is too many white daisy flowers that the roses and other flowers get lost and you can't see them as well. I also think the white bow is too big and long. Overall it just looks too white. Maybe from the top view it looks better but from the side there is too much white and it overtakes the rest of the bouquet
