First time out of so many flowers bought that I have left a complaint. The flowers in the picture looks great. But the flowers left at the door was a mess. Like I said first complaint probably out of 30+ bought

Disappointing! Many less flowers than the picture when ordering as well as having only two varieties of flowers compared to three in the ordering photo. It is also a much smaller arrangement than pictured in the ordering photo. I appreciate getting the photo of what I ordered compared to what I got. Quite dishonest.

This is not the order that I placed. should be 3 bundles of balloons. this is missing 2 of them. thankfully I called and able to have deliver driver bring back to shop to add the 2 missing bundles. this of course delays the delivery, but I want it correct when delivered and what I paid for. thanks for taking the time to fix this

Not the vase I chose, I would have been happy if it was nicer or extra flowers added to compensate for the substitution, but I feel like what I ended up with was of a lesser value than what I was expecting

Actually I want to talk about your guy's services. This is the my first time to order a flower stand with FlowerPatch. A staff helping me said that they can't delivery to the funeral by the mortuary not receiving on Sunday although they had the service just only on Tuesday. How it was weird??.That staff said will call or leave a message for me after checking again with the mortuary. Ok, I can wait BUT NO calls NO messages. I just thought it maybe had something wrong why the mortuary said that? The next day I came to the mortuary to check why. The truth was totally different from what you guys said. The mortuary confirmed that they never said those weird things and called you guys to delivery the flower stand on Saturday afternoon cause you guys not delivery on Sunday. I really feel so disappointed, and came to the store asked the same staff why not called me and what she said they were so busy to call or text. By the way tell me they can delivery on Saturday by mortuary's request. What? I am your customer. Speechless. If you guys not delivery the flowers on Sunday please tell the truth to the customers not cheating said something bad and not honest. I not recommend to return again. The store at 3443W 3500S, West Valley City UT 84119 - No good service at all. The management should check this store's services so can keep the good scores for FlowerPatch's name in the future. Thanks

It is pretty, the image on the website looks a little fuller and brighter to me so I wish there were more smaller flowers by the yellow daisy it looks a little bare there. I do like getting the picture.

The online picture shows many more flowers and more colorful with orange and purple. The description says it will have 12 carnations in a masculine color and yellow daisy poms with filler. The picture is lacking.

Flowers turned out good. Asked for them to be delivered between 3 and 7. Called to see when they would be delivered, lady I spoke with was put out and said I'm not sure it still says out for delivery, it says to call you though so I'm sure you'll hear. No call. My girlfriend just had surgery so it was needed to call. Call Flower Patch to get an update at 6:40, no answer. Sat on hold for 35 minutes. This is twice I've tried working with flower patch, Ridiculous customer service.

Buying the plant was easy and the price was quite reasonable. I really liked getting this picture of what was being sent. However, I never got a notice that it was actually delivered and in recent pix from the hospital room, I didn't see the plant. Did it make it there? Thanks Karen

This is a pretty arrangement, but is this the one you delivered to the funeral or the OTHER picture of a mostly yellow arrangement you said was my order? Doubting now that either one is my order! Why bother sending a photo at all?

From the picture it looked okay not exactly what I asked for. When I went to viewing on Sunday evening the roses were extremely drooping and it didn't look very good. I know they had to deliver it on Saturday evening but I feel it should have looked more fresh after only 24 hours.

I enjoyed getting the photo update. They looked beautiful. But when they arrived the lilies were damaged and a lot of the arrangement had brown petals. After the first day the white roses were already slumping and almost dead. The tiny reddish flowers were dry and falling off. My wife was really excited for them and then she was disappointed. I feel I have over paid for flowers that only lasted 2 days and are mostly dead.
