I never received the flowers from my son Thomas for my birthday on Nov 8th. When I called on 12th they knew because they were returned to shop ! Hello! Could someone have left a message or called?

I have never had a bad looking arrangement. I use flower patch over the company I get a discount through work from because they have always been beautiful and fresh. This arrangement could not be farther from the advertised photo! I am very unsatisfied.

The flowers started wilting on Thursday after only being delivered to my sister on Wednesday. By Friday they were all completely wilted and look horrible. I'm unimpressed and a little mad about the quality.

This doesn't look anything like what is displayed on your webpage. Too much green fluff and roses are too scattered. I also only count 10 roses in the picture. Hopefully there are two hiding in all that shrubbery.

Thanks for your feedback. The rose arrangements are made as an all around arrangement so there are roses in the back that can not be seen in a picture.

Worst flower experance ever! You try and show your love to your wife and order long steam roses. Maybe these were hobbit long steam. SMALLER THAN A PENCIL! Never again. Buyer beware (Look else where if you want to make a statement) and not look like a ch

Not what I excepted and were dead by the end of the day! The last few times have been awesome and this time sucked! The delivery guy was rude. Especially being in a business! Not sure if I will ordered or buy anything from there again!

Online ordering (I am out of town) was easy and quick, and I also got an emailed picture to see and review my order. That was all pleasant. However, flowers never delivered. The flowers were going to my mother at the Huntsman Center to cheer her up

Pretty irritated that these look nothing like the picture. The roses shown are much smaller than what was shown as the example on the website. This purchase has caused flower patch to lose me as a customer.

The very worst service I have ever experienced from a florist. The 1st attempt to deliver had another females name written on the note to pick up at the store. I called to reschedule another delivery and mentioned the incorrect name and the woman laughed
