Flowers look brown on the ends. Can you change them

I wanted her to have the purple roses as pictured. This is her favorite color.

It did not get delivered to the right place

This is the second time they were delivered to the right building, but the wrong floor in the wrong office

I wanted to impress my wife , I get home and see the flowers all about to die and some of the petals falling , I was embarrassed I send this to my wife , I will suggest to flower patch , improved the quality of your Roses

Very disappointed and dissatisfied Does not look anything like the flowers advertised on your website. Spent way too much money for poor quality. Terrible

The daisies from the image advertised looks nothing like what I received. These flowers have no life inside of them and are all dried up.

I ordered a plant not flowers

I ordered these for the frosted vase, got this ugly little thing instead. The flowers were almost dead. So very disappointed. :(

For $60 this is what I get!!!

For the 2nd year in a row you delivered the flowers to the condo across the street. I left explicit instructions on the order form to deliver to the house on the south side of the street not the condo with the same house number as our house. I caught the driver before he left and informed him of his error. He just verified that he had delivered it across the street but just drove off. I then had to go across the street to get the flowers. I paid for delivery to my house and I did not get it.

I asked for pink with a little but of white. This has more white than pink.

I wasn't happy most flowers were a little brown on the outside . And decoration looked not balanced especially for what I paid.

This is for my sisters birthday what is the welcome to the world balloon I order the Love you to the moon and back. Its a birthday can you change the balloon?

Someone sent me an email saying they couldn't find the location AND they said the contact number I gave them was incorrect which I didn't give them--it belonged to another customer. So, I went online, entered the address, found the location on a map, and emailed back a picture of the map. I then asked where they got the incorrect number and would my order now be delivered....no one replied....just crickets. This isn't the first time TFP delivery driver contacted me about not being able to find a location that anyone could find on the internet. I will not be using this company in the future. And, for $110.00--white lilies and red snapdragons grow in my backyard--I'll make and deliver arrangements myself. Customer service is no longer cuz....if we hear it once...we hear it a THOUSAND TIMES A DAY....."Sorry--we're short staffed!" THEN CLOSE YOUR DOORS AND MOVE ON.

Well, this is for my son who is an Alpha Male, and all of these pastel colors and pink gift bag are not what I was hoping for. Seriously, I would have gone for Primary Colors for the Latex and Also for the Mylar. Not a Pink bag for the Chocolate covered Cinnamon Bears. (The Man Flies an Apache Helicopter and has done two tours to Afghanistan.)

I guess I'll just order from someone else from now on. There is no way that's a seventy dollar bouquet. You said you would fix it. This is worse. Just .. nevermind.

I asked for something colorful and cheerful. This is exactly what I did not want.

Wish I could give zero stars. Flowers lasted 2 days and are dead. Absolute waste of money. Will not be good back or recommending

They arrived late! It's been 3 days and most of the arrangements are dying.

Very helpful unsight unseen but beautiful just what we wanted 5 stars
