Even though there was a miscommunication on the timing of the delivery of the flowers, they rectified the situation and when the flowers were delivered, they were beautiful!!

The flower arrangement was beautiful and exactly like the picture of the flowers we chose. We received a picture of the actual arrangement before it was delivered, which we appreciated. The flowers were delivered timely. The assistance in ordering the flowers and the customer service was outstanding. Flower Patch definitely exceeded our expectations! We have ordered flowers through Flower Patch many times, and will be customers for life!!

This is going above and beyond! The flowers I ordered are so beautiful and I was certainly not expecting to receive a picture of them! What a wonderful service this is!!!! I am unable to attend the funeral of my beloved aunt, and the flowers were very important to me since I cannot be there to comfort my cousins and my last remaining dear aunt. Seeing the actual flowers I chose helps me feel a little more a part of what I am missing. Thank you so very much!

A different vase might have been better choice, tall and skinny less appealing than shorter wider vase in my opinion.
