Thus arrangement does not closely resemble the stock photo arrangement, which I based my selection and reason to purchase, in my view.

I really don't care too much for this one I thought all the roses and the whole arrangement would be lavender, but the same type.

Not what I was looking for. I ordered blue flowers for my aunt and there's no blue whatsoever. Kinda disappointed.

The flowers were delivered a day late and the message on the card was wrong. Other than that, the flowers looked beautiful

It did not arrive by 3:00 to the mortuary so was NOT at the viewing last night. I hope it will be at the funeral today!

Highly disappointed. The staff was rude, but figured the end product would be worth it. We ordered 2 arrangements, one looked great as expected, the other arrangement had old and tired looking flowers. The staff and end product made me feel like I wasted my money.

First time out of so many flowers bought that I have left a complaint. The flowers in the picture looks great. But the flowers left at the door was a mess. Like I said first complaint probably out of 30+ bought

Disappointing! Many less flowers than the picture when ordering as well as having only two varieties of flowers compared to three in the ordering photo. It is also a much smaller arrangement than pictured in the ordering photo. I appreciate getting the photo of what I ordered compared to what I got. Quite dishonest.
