When the flowers arrived they were already starting to wilt and within 24 hours they were pretty much dead.

Excellent service. Even though I called late on a Saturday, they were willing to make up the order then. I said Monday would be fine and the arrangement arrived as promised. I appreciated receiving a picture of the arrangement.
