The arrangement was pretty, but missing many of the flowers I expected to see in the arrangement. No gladiolas or lilies. I was quite disappointed. I've always been very happy with previous orders from your company, but I used a different location that no longer exists..Midvale.

I ordered 5 wreaths all the same, with extra pinecones. This one is beautiful. Problem is, they do not all look like this one… some of them are missing pinecones & whoever did the bow maybe needs a bit more practice. They were ordered several weeks ago, so running out of proper ribbon should not have been an issue. I feel like the recipients will have to make adjustments & add stuff to some of the wreaths before they will even be appropriate to hang. It's kind of a bummer… I've been ordering these for years.

Love the fact that you can see what you send before you send it. For a $40 bouquet, I thought there'd be more flowers.

I like getting the picture it's nice to see what you order online. My flower arrangement isn't as bright and cheery as the picture posted online!

Above the card there is a big "hole"- seems to be missing a flower there?

It's pretty, just done think is $60 worth. Seems a bit expensive.

Eeek! Maybe leave the curling ribbon off next time. I realize we were limited when I requested not a glass vase but...

Flowers got delivered to my bosses house (cards address) and paid a 9$ delivery fee when I selected to have them picked up at the west valley location. But I shook it off at least I knew were to go pick them up. I didn't get upset until I seen the arrangement. It looked nothing like the picture I ordered. They substituted some of the flowers colors to the same color yellow as the other flowers in the arrangement. Which changed the arrangement for me. It lost the beautiful contrast that cought my eye to buy that arrangement. I wish flower patch would have at least called and confirmed the change or at least let me know they were out of stock. The arrangement wasn't as full as shown in picture. They were still pretty but what flowers aren't? Flowers can get really pricey you should at least receive what you ordered or be notified of change.

I expected something brighter and bigger for the price I paid. Ugly ribbon.

Disappointed with the arrangement - it was pretty, but for the $45+ tax - it was more like a $10 arrangement.

Don't like those carnations sticking out so stringy. The ribbon should have been red not burgundy. And they list my card I paid extra for and signed. Not your usual quality of arrangement or customer service.

Flowers were awesome when they were delivered. But they kind of wilted quickly. In three days they were very droopy

We'll, I would give your lady on the phone, Polly, I think, an A+ rating. She was patient and careful and took extra effort to be forthright with me. I was very pleased with the fall color arrangement at the funeral. However, I was disappointed with the patriotic standing spray. The blue orchids were awesome but the fullness of the presentation was lacking. Since the red gladiolus we're missing I really expected more reds and whites to fill in. The spray was pretty but not grand as what we hoped and paid for. At the funeral there were two other standing sprays of the same size. Ours in comparison was the weakest display. I was sorry about that particularly because our flowers represented the deceased's family line. Your company was highly recommended to us. I guess you can't always make things look like your advertisements. Thanks for trying .

The shape look good, but the leaves color kinda dark. Need brighter green to look better.

Roses are beautiful, but disappointed in how the sunflower looks. As the center piece, I expected to see something full and bright. This sunflower is crinkled and looks shoved in the middle.

I understand I bought the designer choice wild flower bouquet and it appears to be full so that's nice. I would have preferred a wider variety of color as shown. Next time I'll choose a pre planned bouquet.

The arrangement is ok. Waited almost a half hour on hold. Person that answered had to keep going and asking questions of coworker. I thought it would look more like " the pretty n pink arrangement on line. I usually order from Bountiful store If in the future I need a SLC delivery I will give you another chance. Your pricing is.very affordable. I do like getting a photo. Thank you

I am usually very pleased with Flower Patch but this time I am a little disappointed 😟the bouquet was not nearly as full as the picture & it had gone out for delivery when I called to change it. I even had to pay extra for the gerber daisy (1).

The pictured bouquet has 8 visible flowers and appears notably smaller than the photo depicting the arrangement i selected, which has a dozen visible flowers
