We are sorry the flowers were never received, you set the order to be delivered between 5-8pm and wanted it on the later end of that if possible. Our driver got there at 7pm, the doors were locked, he... More
We are sorry the flowers were never received, you set the order to be delivered between 5-8pm and wanted it on the later end of that if possible. Our driver got there at 7pm, the doors were locked, he waited and tried to call you several times for more instruction and could not get through to anyone, he had no choice but to leave and finish up his deliveries. Again we are very sorry we were unable to deliver this for you. Please let us know if you have any further questions or concerns.

I wish you would have used the broad leaf greens that were in the pic that I sent to you. I didn't really love the blue carnations, but they were ok... You definitely should have put wire on the roses to keep them standing up straight.

I have ordered from you many times and have always been happy. Sadly, this arrangement is so monochromatic - not at all like the picture of the small mango with lots of colors. Have you delivered already? Hope not!

When you order online we do list the dimensions of your arrangement so you know exactly what you are getting. This arrangement is a small $10 mix standing 9"H x 8"W. We do measure these to make sure they are correct before going out. If you have any further questions or concerns, please let us know.

I requested spring colors of yellow orange and white, but this arrangement is mostly purple dark green and red, and the vase is also dark. It brings to mind a funeral much more than a celebration of a happy event and spring :(.

I did like the darker basket pictured on the website and the plants shown in the picture. Maybe specify on the website for this item that plants and basket may vary. The plant does look very nice though.

I have a weekly standing order and it seems from week to week it isn't the same. One week i have a bunch of daisies that are glorious and the next week is a couple of skinny sticks. On the other hand your delivery guys are great!

I have a standing order for the same thing every week. But many times the bouquets are really small and then another week they are bigger and nice. Not sure what the reason is for that. Thanks.
