I wasted over twenty minutes trying to get your website to take my order. I didn't work then I had to call in. Flowers were great though.

This is a nice arrangement but it's not colorful like I asked. I said colorful not with pastels.

I appreciate the promptness in getting this done, but the Hydrangeas were not dark blue, as I was told they would be. So, they didn't match the rest of the flowers. Thanks again, though.

It may just be the lighting, but the colors in the bouquet aren't nearly as bright as the picture on the website.

Loved the card that was sent with the flowers and the delivery time was also great. The arrangement was ok but the colors used didn't make the arrangement as nice as I thought it would be. I asked for a country arrangement, sunflowers, wildflowers etc...

Very disappointed as for the second year in a row the flowers were delivered to a UPS center instead of to the person. She did not get the flowers until late afternoon instead of morning. No discount was offered to me for the error made.

The flowers are always excellent. The deliveryounger people basically ruined the surprise by showing up way early then leaving a card saying my girlfriend could pick them up. The manager offered no consolation.

The flowers look good and it is nice to see a picture but I ordered a stuff animal with the flowers so if this is a picture of my order how come I don't see all of my order? Leave me a little concerned that my stuffed animal will not be getting delivered

I am so sorry that the designer did not leave the stuffed animal out of the bag to the right of the arrangement when they took the photo. With you feedback I will be sure the have them be more careful when taking the picture.

I usually LOVE the flowers from Flower Patch. But this design looks nothing like the bouquet pictured when you choose. That design was bright hot colors. This looks like a bunch of leftover flowers in a vase. Very disappointed.
