Candy was expired! She loved the fresh flowers

The flowers were beautiful as always. The photo is a great touch! I was disappointed in the delivery service. My elderly mother doesn't move as fast as she used to, and by the time she got to the door, the driver was gone. I expect impatient delivery drivers if I'm ordering something with free delivery. But if I pay for delivery, I don't think it's unreasonable to expect a little better service.

They were pretty except 1 flower was broken wasn't fond of that part

Well, it doesn't come across quite as vibrant as the photo of the arrangement on the website and the absence of roses altogether makes me sad.

To be completely honest, I am a little disappointed. If you saw the picture of what I ordered, the re-creation lost some elegance and luster. There is a lot less of the pretty extra filler, greenery, and feathers so you lose the height and fullness, the bouquet looks a little sad and droopy. I appreciate being able to see what was delivered regardless. My recipient won't be seeing a side by side of what was purchased to what she received, so I hope she enjoys the flowers.

It was pretty but not quite as striking as the photo on the website. The ribbon looks more like Easter than balloons. Overall it's nice but I'm not blow away by it. I like getting a photo because it helps me know it's on its way. Thank you

The flowers were great, but your delivery was a disaster. The came 10 minutes before our viewing. Very disappointed in this.

Beautiful bouquet! however I ordered the ‘masculine spray' and it appears you sent the ‘feminine spray'. The receiver will appreciate the gift however I did order the masculine spray for the color spread there
