It took 3 efforts to finally convey my request for a larger white satin ribbon on my plant. The first 2 ribbons were totally inappropriate for the size of the plant. I was originally told this (the first 2ribbons) were the only choices I had. After threatening to cancel my order (which was over $100) they finally found a ribbon which was large, white satin and the appropriate size. I was certainly not a happy camper!

Beautiful! So glad that you guys are always there. So the patient was released from the hospital and all I did was call and change the address to the home instead and flower patch was more than happy to fix it, no additional fee or anything! So happy the flowers were delivered and that my uncle is slowly on the mend!
