I very much appreciate receiving a picture of what was sent and the good customer service I received while placing the order. I am however, disappointed that for the price point, and for the fact that I asked and confirmed you had blooming Peace Lily on hand for this blooming arrangement as advertised on your website, it does not have one.

The ordering process was so nice; I talked to a woman with great taste and insight. Being sent a photo of my actual order was nice. The arrangement looked pretty (although a little unfinished to me) but my sister loved it.

It was very pretty but I thought the flowers would last longer than 3 days. All the roses were wilted this morning. I received a picture of them.

I'm sure there are 12 roses, I can only count 11. The front right of the picture looks a little bare. It could use a rose there and maybe a little more babies breath.
