I love the flower arrangement, it was beautifully done and done the way I wanted it. People were very friendly and helpful, my only complaint was the delivery time, it was not there at the assign time. It made me nervous and worried and I had to call to make sure that it was getting delivered. When you promised a time schedule, then you need to follow that time and communication the process.
