This looks nothing like the picture. For the price point I would think it would look like the picture. I chose a local florist thinking it would match what's in the picture.

I'd give 0 stars but one is the lowest. 1. Picture shows handwritten card, but it was not delivered with flowers. 2. Eucalyptus piece front and center of arrangement has a dead leaf in full view. 3. Arrangement was delivered to wrong, old address and I had to walk to retrieve them. 4. No price adjustment credit made on $75 order. 5. I will never order flowers from Flower Power again.ππ»ππ»π‘

1. Delivered to wrong house number (where was stayed last year in same park, not where we are this year). 2. Had a piece of eucalyptus in front and center that had a dead leaf. 3. Did not deliver with hand written note card I had written at shop on Wednesday when I ordered the anniversary flowers. It will be mailed to us. 4. Mgr refused to give credit on current order. 5. 15% discount on next order? There will be no future order! I am finished dealing with Flower Power.

I dealt with Flower Power since they opened years ago. Top notch. Found out the hard way today when I went to pick up my pre ordered birthday arranged at almost 9 am. Doors were locked and lights out. I called and they forgot to open doors. Asked for arrangement under my name that I ordered with. After a few the lady came back and said we don't have an order under your name. I said I received a text an hour ago to give a rating. She looked more and sure enough a lovely arrangement was bright out on a tiny pedestal. I asked for a box to put it in to prevent it from tipping over and being destroyed. Told they had no boxes. After five minutes of my saying I can't take this if not in a box it was put in a suitable cardboard box. While I was waiting I notice three more right where she was standing when she said they had nothing. I have a few handicaps and holding the door for me and helping to the car would have been a courtesy that was not offered. Knew something wasn't right and found out the owners had sold.

First time ordering and not happy. The flower arrangement final result it doesn't look like in the website. Much less flowers than the ones in the website picture. It is not the same base, in addition has other plants to full fir the bouquet.

The flowers are pretty however the pictures online advertised different flowers a more lavender purple flower but hopefully she still likes them all the same π

The order you put together has almost half the flowers as your web page advertisement. Not nearly as full or pretty. You should change your picture on the web site, so people are not mislead.

After 2 days some of the roses and Lilly's began to wilt. Also some of the greenery is also dried up. I spent llover $160 on the bouquet and not happy. I sent pictures to manager and have not heard back yet The bouquet has plenty of water just like it was delivered and has been inside since it was delivered.

Please be sure each flower is fresh and beautiful. My sister is a floral artist herself and so only the most beautiful glowers will do. She will give an honest yelp review... and that will be be the true reward. Thank you Sincerely

The flowers were perfect. Just what the widow wanted and the colors she wanted. These were at her request but being we were very good friends, we decided to pay the bill. We were able to enjoy for 1/2 a day before going to Church and she took them home from Church. Thanks again for doing such a super job for us.

The manager at this place does not care about customers and will not respect your delivery preferences. They will leave orders when anyone that can sign a paper then say that they are not responsible for it. The Owner does not care about taking care of the customer he would rather them leave even if you are a repeat customer. Worse place to order and have it delivered

Yes, sending a picture is great, as it shows the difference between the order and what is delivered. Online selection pictures are deceptive, as I am told they show ALL flowers in the front, which are intended for a full arrangement. (The backside is empty; therefore, the delivered arrangement has flowers distributed on all four sides.) So, the arrangement is not as tall or as full. And selecting a larger size arrangement for a higher cost is unverifiable and also deceptive. In the future, I will not use FlowerPower, and I will ask other florists first if they use this same practice. Pretty but not worth a $171 dollar arrangement. Large profit margin I am sure.
