Disappointing in comparison to the online photo. Kind of drab - thought the roses would be much brighter.

The service was excellent and when I called. I appreciate the patience of the employee who took my order while my young children were loud in the background. However, the presentation of this arrangement does not match the $176 price tag. The spacing between the flowers is off. There is way too much greenery. And some of the roses look squished at the top. This simply does not look like a professional arranged this.

My mother in law sent me a picture of her roses. They were beautiful but all pink. The picture I chose was red and pink. Disappointed!

As beautiful as the arrangement is I am sad at the cost and how the bouquet is not as full as I was lead to believe by upgrading the order.

I have ordered from here 4 times and I have always been satisfied with my order. However, the flowers I recently ordered do not look the same as what was delivered. Order looked decent, but when you pay $100 on flowers, you should get what you pay for. Not to mention it was an Anniversary gift. Very disappointed this time.

I ordered the large it should have 3 candles according to picture on website

Thank you for sending the photo but these are not a very pretty arrangement. The colors are not fall colors and the size is extremely small.

The flowers are ok but instead of purple filler flowers I would have preferred something hot pink. I really don't like the purple

Arrived looking beautiful but within a couple of days all the flowers around the bottom edge died as they weren't getting any water.

This doesn't look nearly anything like the picture on the website of the flowers I ordered. Typically you all do a great job which is why I come back to buy but this looks nothing like the flowers pictured on the website. Sorry

It's not as pretty as the one on your website

It was a lot of money and carnations are an inexpensive flower. I would appreciate 5 more blooms a piece. It is extremely sparse. But the colors and shape are right on target. What time can I expect it

Quite frankly, I'm disappointed. For one thing it looks somewhat shabby and does not look like the middle upgraded version. I do like getting a photo.

Though the arrangement looks beautiful, it did not look as what was on the website. The puppy could have used more filling.

I see my notes about her loving carnations above all other flowers was completely ignored.

Appreciate the photo but there are way fewer flowers in this arrangement than what is shown on the website for the size I ordered. Customer service was great but disappointed in the size of arrangement for the price.

Wao. I really though it was gonna be bigger than that because I paid for the biggest one. If that's the big one I can't imagine how small are the other ones. Arrangement does not even look closer to the picture you guys have on website and how is showed. Also I can see on the picture some dry and dead flowers right on the front and roses that are not even completely open. What a disappointment for a $200 flower arrangement. Never again.

This was a gift from my daughter and son-in-law but you kept emailing me the bill. From that information, I definitely saw that the basket was grossly over charged. The food was very small, and the wine was second rate.

$20 more for 2 flowers seems rather high….
