Arrived looking beautiful but within a couple of days all the flowers around the bottom edge died as they weren't getting any water.

This doesn't look nearly anything like the picture on the website of the flowers I ordered. Typically you all do a great job which is why I come back to buy but this looks nothing like the flowers pictured on the website. Sorry

It was a lot of money and carnations are an inexpensive flower. I would appreciate 5 more blooms a piece. It is extremely sparse. But the colors and shape are right on target. What time can I expect it

Quite frankly, I'm disappointed. For one thing it looks somewhat shabby and does not look like the middle upgraded version. I do like getting a photo.

Though the arrangement looks beautiful, it did not look as what was on the website. The puppy could have used more filling.

Appreciate the photo but there are way fewer flowers in this arrangement than what is shown on the website for the size I ordered. Customer service was great but disappointed in the size of arrangement for the price.

Wao. I really though it was gonna be bigger than that because I paid for the biggest one. If that's the big one I can't imagine how small are the other ones. Arrangement does not even look closer to the picture you guys have on website and how is showed. Also I can see on the picture some dry and dead flowers right on the front and roses that are not even completely open. What a disappointment for a $200 flower arrangement. Never again.

This was a gift from my daughter and son-in-law but you kept emailing me the bill. From that information, I definitely saw that the basket was grossly over charged. The food was very small, and the wine was second rate.

$20 more for 2 flowers seems rather high….

Too many white baby breath and not enough color (roses)

It's OK. I expected more color. You have always done such a great job in the past.

Arrangement is not as shown on the website. I was expecting more flowers as these are the main arrangements flowers at the funeral.

I thought it would have better flowers and be more full for the price I paid! It is somewhat disappointing! Could have been better.
