Disapointed.. Looks cheaper than price paid, not as nice as advertisement.

It's beautiful but I thought by paying the extra $10 to make it full it would have more full look. It was stuffed with green instead. Didn't look like the online stock photo. I also ordered a card and paid $5 extra but it wasn't included. Sad, disappointing, but oh well. The flowers I did get were nice but just not worth the repeat business. Thank you though.

Bottom looks great. Butterfly was supposed to be a larger monarch. Ribbon is not long and flowing like original pic. Lilies look not as large as in pic but may be cause not open. I ordered the medium and this looks like smal. Pot is not as nice as pic on site. Customer service person as excellent yesterday.

I asked for the Lillies to be white and not starburst.

It's pretty, but not as full as the menu photo suggested for nearly $200.

I dont see any button poms. I dont see the flowers that stick out above the arrangement, not sure what they are called. Doent look like arrangement. Looks like i got 1/2 the flowers. I use to be always pleased but this and the last time is disappointing. Still looks ok but not what i expected.

They look nice, but I am disappointed, as the arrangement doesn't look as full as the picture that I ordered from on your website

Thanks for the review. I was expecting the fruits arrangement would be more colorful.

Some of the flowers looked a little wilted on arrival and did not last very long.

I wish I had ordered Ultimate Elegance Fall.

Too much pink, this is for a man. The picture on your website had a lot more purple and was taller.

Overall-NOT GOOD. Website was good. Ordering easy. Appreciate the texts. Very much appreciate the picture of the order. Did not receive an email confirmation of the order. And VERY VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE ARRANGEMENT!!!! Looks nothing like the picture from the website of what I ordered. The comparison of flowers to greenery when up by 150% or more 😢 The processing time of order to creation was good. (Assuming the delivery time is acceptable as well.). Thank you

Thank you so much for sending the picture. I love that you did that. The arrangement is definitely not what I expected. The sample in the picture was fuller with more flowers and I paid for the bigger fuller version of it but this looks like it is missing flowers. I definitely didn't get my money's worth and from the this picture the arrangement is sad looking. I appreciate the opportunity to provide this feedback.

I received an e-mail from you folks stating you guys didn't think this was up to your standards and that you are offering another arrangement to the recipient. It wasn't bad but a little light.

We usually like the flowers you send or the ones we pick up. These are ok, but did not arrive until the day after requested delivery. The City of Davenport has crazy addresses for delivery. Please know that Suwannee Ave. is the dividing line between east and west in the city. GPS does not recognize this description. They do not have an east Cypress St. although there is an east Cypress St. When putting it into GPS put the street number and name first then the direction after such as: 15 Cypress St. East as an example. Even 911 responders get this wrong which can be very dangerous in an emergency. This is not your fault, but please let your delivery people know this for further deliveries. I do like getting a photo of order. I would normally give you a 4 for rating, but not this time. Thank You Harriet

I really wasn't in love with arrangement I ordered. There seemed to be way more greenery that flowers. I just requested bright cheerful fresh flowers in a clear glass vase. Next time I will ask to leave the greenery and carnations out! I will say Joyce was wonderful, Very pleasant snd kind! I really hated to say anything about the arrangement because of Joyce's professional, friendly nature! And yes, always appreciate receiving a photo, thanks!
