Great customer service. Great flowers. I loved how they keep you involved by sending you a picture! I do wish there was a tracking link as far as delivery but everything seems to be great. Waiting on delivery now

Hi First my Mother loved the flowers and I appreciate the picture of what you sent. The bouquet is very nice the flowers in it are beautiful. However (I know there is always a however) the reason we picked the bouquet we did was mainly for the pink Gerber Daisies. My rating goes like this 5 star ordering 5 star delivery 5 star on the arrangement of the flowers 5 star on the picture of what was delivered but 3 stars because no Gerber Daisies. Thank you for the great service I will continue to order from you all and I am guessing lack of availability was the reason. Brian

Still beautiful but not exactly as neat as picture on website said it would be. And the website said it comes with chocolate but I didn't see where.

The basket looks nice but I only see fruits. The description of what I ordered had cheese, cookies, sausage, crackers and more. I Just don't see any of these items. I'll give you a 4 because of this. Otherwise, I'm very satisfied with your fast service.

The service was wonderful, however, I did notice a couple of bare spots in the arrangement. Overall, was pleased.

Snapdragons were a bit sad, which is half the appeal of the basket, but overall still pretty

Butterfly is improved but no monarch. Ribbon is improved but not as good as pic. Bowl is lesser than pic.

The flowers look beautiful. I am taking one star off as what I purchased showed a basket. I ordered flowers last year for my Dad's wife and things were different than described, as well. I know you might not always have everything, but I would appreciate being notified. Thank you

Pretty but should have more color flowers

I thought the flowers were pretty, not exactly what I expected... but nice... I'm not fond of a big flower in the middle and scattered flowers around. I like more the colonial all around bouquet. It looked like it was not finished that there should have been flowers above the big yellow shasta mum...??? Just being honest... You jumped through hoops for us getting the carns for our patients on Mother's Day.... (I worked as an arranger at a florist shop on Anna Maria Island years ago... Times change and so do arrangement styles... :) Be Blessed and have a Great Day!

The arrangement delivered was as promised and as shown on website. The photo we received from Flower Power and the photo sent with thankyou note from our friend showed the same beautiful plant and planter. Delivery was as promised. We would surely use Flower Power again for future orders.
