carol, the young lady trying to help you said your 1st complaint was that we did not use the exact container and we confirmed it was the right one, then that the arrangement was too big! I think if the person who photographed this had turned the item and showed the top lid, the photo would have come out better. But to just hang up on us, and not let us replace if needed, did not help.
sorry for your disappointment. I do know the item was very pretty, fresh and made to full value for you, otherwise we would never have sent this out and we are so sure of our items, we are not afraid to photograph them. again, sorry for your disappointment. have a nice day.

I like this service. The arrangement was as big and beautiful as I wanted it. In the picture it is hard to tell the size.

I have used florist for years. Sadly this bouquet is nothing like I asked for. And for $80, I would have expected it to be much fuller and to like I explained what I wanted it to look like.

For $40 not very colorful or artistically arranged. Looks haphazardly put together. Definitely doesn't have a wow factor. Very disappointed. I'm sure my mom will love, but I don't.

I understand sometimes substitutions need to be made but this does not look "as close as possible". Why so much green?? Very disappointed and embarrassed.
