I ordered a specific teleflora arrangement and specified that if you had to sub some flowers they were to be in the same washed out/dusty color scheme. These do not looked washed out to me.

the designer probably read the order different then your request on the order, as the fashionista is bold colors, we will simply redo another arrangement and sell the one we made. a new photo will be sent, hopefully that would be to your liking to get a 5 star and not a 3

Kim, there are more roses on the back side of this arrangement! darker chrysanthemums all around, and orange alstromaria along with the exact container and ribbons to the standard value. the professional photos show the arrangement """one sided"" and we do them all the way around, so to get a 3 star is disappointing, our photos are done with a simple Iphone. if you saw this in person, you would definitely would have been very happy.

Leslie, there was nothing brown in this dish garden, we go over each one closely before it leaves the store. the best I can explain is it looks like there is some shadows that you can see in the photo.

I ordered 2 vases of flowers. The first was much prettier then this one. It was OK but not as nice as the first. Two people must have recreated them.

Yes, they were in fact done by two of our designers. This version actually has a stem of lilies in that haven't bloomed yet, and the alstromeria in front is very tight. We apologize you preferred the first one to this, and to each designer interpreting the arrangement a bit differently.

It was nice and large, although in the photo that doesn't come out clearly. I'm sure the recipient was thrilled and I hope this helps clarify.

The description we had didn't have any mention of no snapdragons, what we had and read to you was "vase to include stargazers, yellow spider mums, green poms, bells of ireland, can add other flowers, eucalyptus, no roses, include stargazers, knows they will be tight". Please keep your eye out for the updated picture and consider amending this review? We strive to be a five star florist!

We are so sorry for your disappointment, it looks as if no product number was given to Melinda when the order was placed, order referred to a "basket" of flowers, wicker, all white no carnations. The item made was all the way around for the family to enjoy afterwards and to not look like a "'funeral one sided arrangement " like item code 148707 that you saw online, if we had known that was the number you saw, we would have made the one sided arrangement and it would have looked just like what you wanted.
we are so sorry for the miscommunication on this order,
we strive for 5 star on every order. I know the quality and price point was fully met, again, the item was all the way around, rather than one sided.

I think a little bit over priced, by 20%. The ribbon that said uncle should have been across the spray, not a small rat tail especially since there was a up charge. Flowers we're good prompt and friendly service.

I enjoy getting a photo of what I sent. I was disappointed to see that there were very few, if any, strawberries in the bouquet. They are quite good right now. The melons are not as dependable. I like this new service. Although I have been critical

There is also chocolate apples, chocolate strawberries, chocolate dipped pineapple, in addition to all the melon, plain strawberries, pineapple and grapes. In the picture, it is shown as a one sided arrangement, however we make ours as an all around arrangement so there are more roses and lilies in the back so it is the correct size. However, I do see that there was a lot of greenery and not the tiny filler flowers seen on our site. We apologize for that, and hope to fill your orders satisfactorily in the future!
