A Beautiful Experience from Start to Finish! I contacted House of Blooms from New Jersey to order a “Welcome to Houston” floral arrangement for my daughter, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience! From the very beginning, the process was so easy, and the customer service was exceptional. My very first interaction, Katy and Rachel were absolutely wonderful. They were kind, caring, patient, and made the entire process so easy. I was able to share my inspiration photos by emailing my ideas, and then speak directly with the florist to make sure my vision came to life. And they truly brought it to life — the arrangement was absolutely beautiful! 🤍💐 I especially appreciated the personal touches, including their offer to print a special note to accompany the flowers. It made the arrangement even more meaningful for my daughter's Welcome to Houston. It will look amazing in her new home. The arrangement was beautiful, the service was amazing, and the entire experience was wonderful. Unfortunately our order was not what we expected or what was shown on the website. The flowers were old, the arrangement looked sad, and in general it was not beautiful. My manager asked me not to order arrangements from House of Blooms ever again.
