This is disappointing . I paid for a deluxe arrangement. This is not a $100+ arrangement! I will probably not use you again, AND ask my husband not to either. Wouldn't leave one star if it wasn't required. I assist in weddings, and know this was NOT WHAT I PAID FOR.

I ordered flowers for Valentine's Day delivery 1 week prior to Valentine's Day. The flowers were delivered at 8:15 pm on Valentine's Day - to me, this is unacceptable. I called the next day to discuss, and was told I would receive a call later that day. It is now 3 days later and I have yet to hear back from anyway. I have always used House of Blooms in the past, and you provided beautiful arrangements. With the recent incident, it will be hard to trust that deliver of flowers will occur in a timely manner. Will I take the chance next year that they are delivered before most of us are getting ready for bed? Probably not. Very disappointed.

Definitely a disappointment-as your arrangements are normally great. In this case-pink carnations and the general arrangement and color scheme didn't agree....and it was noticed by others at my office so much so I was asked if another florist had been used. The balloon that was ordered and on the invoice wasn't delivered. I expected better, as this has usually been the case, however this delivery was a disappointment.

Very disappointed. I placed an order a week in advance for delivery and it's 8:07pm on delivery day and order has still not been delivered. Will try another florist in the future.

Have been ordering with House of Blooms and have been happy with their products and service. But the recent delivery of flowers was neither what was stated nor delivery time. Disappointed and not going back to them. When I checked about delayed delivery, the attitude of the person talking was casual as if that is the way it is, no big deal. Is it customer service?

The recipients name was misspelled on the order confirmation email. The card said something different than what I requested. I even provided a written sample of the note. I asked for No baby's breath There is no symmetry to the arrangement as it appears above. I can only assume that there are actually 12 roses there. I can never use or recommend this company again in good conscience. It was a terrible waste of my money. I give you 1 star for delivering them on the correct day.

Ordered a $150 arrangement for a funeral. I was surprised with what I was getting for that amt. of money. I called them and the owner gave me a $25 credit which I appreciated. Got to the funeral and 2 of the hydrangeas were wilting, needles to say be careful you understand what you are getting for you dollars. Disappointed....

I paid over 100 dollars for the SMALLEST arrangement, and paid for the premium upgrade. This is absolutely ridiculous. Never ordering from here again. These flowers would cost 20 dollars max

Asked to have delivered by 1pm on Valentine's Day to my wife's school where she is a teacher in a delivery note. I called at 2pm and was told they were close to being delivered. Called again at 3pm and was told they were just finished and being placed on the truck. My wife's school closes at 3:30pm. They blamed the weather which was bad from 8-9am. When I had someone pick up the flowers from the store, HOB did not want to give me my shipping refund and offered me a $2 box of chocolates instead. Due to the dishonesty of the staff that day a five year tradition was ruined. Oh, and the flower quality was poor.

The flowers were fine. Your delivery service and customer service are the worst. I gave a 6 hour window to deliver and you couldn't manage that. I did it 3 weeks in advance. I called multiple times to confirm and was repeatedly transferred to other representatives and lied to about where my order was. I won't be using you again.

Thought it was going to look like Tuscan arrangement on Internet in a 6" glass bubble bowl. Not really what pat and I talked about. Yellow roses with orange lots 10-12 or more and lilies do not see any of that rose. No FILLER greenery was ever talked about. Not at all what I was expecting. Not worthy of a star. Pls look at arrangement you advertise on internet and let me know if it looks like that one. We talked about leaving succulents out. That was only thing done that we talked about not worthy of a star. Do not think I got my money worth. I am a knowledgeable flower person and as you can read I am very disappointed. Looks like arrangement from any florist. I will be In Sugarland on Friday if time permits I will visit your shop. Melody parsonsParsons

The ultimate FAIL from HOB. I expect an upgrade when paying for one. The arrangement I viewed looked nothing like the one on your website. You should be ashamed to send this type of arrangement to anyone. This was a birthday greeting and HOB let me down 100 percent. I've paid for upgrades with you in the past and never bothered to look at what was being sent, now I question if my extra money was used for additional flowers or if it went into your pocket? What kind of trust do you expect to build with customers not living in Texas if this is the business practices you provided. Disappointing is an understatement.

Ordered Peace Lilly Thursday morning for delivery to funeral home for viewing that took place Sunday evening. Plant not delivered for viewing, as promised when purchased. They failed to send a picture of plant or delivery confirmation as promised at time of order. They failed to respond to my emailed queries about the issue. I had to call them to try to find out whether the plant was delivered at all. Which they say it was, for the funeral service on Monday. The picture of the plant arrived today, a week after the plant was ordered, and only after my repeated emails and phone calls regarding my order. They offered me a partial refund. I can not recommend this florist and will not use them again.
