The arrangement was nice, but not what was represented on the website. I even paid extra to “supersize” it. Very, very expensive for what was delivered.

Daisies were not on the list. The yellow center throws off the whole thing. Sadly disappointed. It looks nothing like the picture.

To be very honest I felt the colors were too vibrant for a funeral. I thought there would be more white with some masculine colors. Also the gift card had many misspelled words. I was not fully pleased.

It's very nice but doesn't look as full as the one I ordered. I paid $114 for my order. I'm surprised it's so small.

Looks very small and cheap. I paid extra to have the flowers “deluxe” but they look bad! Not happy with this at all!

Looks alright but does not resemble nor is nearly as nice as the arrangement that was ordered. I would not have spent $108 on this. Way more greenery and grass sticking out than the photo online.

Disappointed at the product this is for someone very dear to our Pastor. Would have gone up in price or made a different selection, this doesn't look like a “we love you” arrangement

The service and delivery was phenomenal. I like receding a pic and updates on deliveries. Five stars. The bouquet arrived with two of the roses wilted and the leaves were falling off. A little disappointing. I did send a message with a pic to the florist, and the app shows it was received and read. However, they never responded. This was the most disappointing. We have used them in the past with great results. I am not sure we will be back.

Gerber Daisy's are to far apart. The Astroemeria seem welted or not bloomed enough and no color.

Initial they looked great. But less than 48 hours later the roses are drooped over and now look awful. The bouquet we received in June lasted over a week.

I'm very disappointed. This looks nothing like the picture I ordered from. I even ordered the upgraded size. I understand the arrangements will not look exactly like the pictures. However, this is missing flowers and seems to be mostly greenery.

My co worker had a baby so wanted to send her flowers. I was excited to choose the “designers choice” thinking the bouquet would be something special (I added in the comment that she had a little girl and perhaps can add something pick). I just saw the picture of the bouquet being delivered and unfortunately the bouquet is very basic and boring. Nothing special about designers choice.

The photo looks beautiful. My wife received the arrangement and loved the roses and lily's, but some of the greenery is wilted and dry. The ferns have black spots on the back of them that look like insect eggs or droppings. I wish there had been more attention given to the greenery same as they did with the flowers.

The flowers are beautiful as usual but it is not 2:25 and the flowers have not been delivered. I am very disappointed that they were not delivered in the morning especially since I intentionally ordered them Monday around noon. This is a school delivery and school will be out at 330 and my daughter will not be able to enjoy her flowers. Had I known they would be delivered this late in the day I would have searched for another florist. I have ordered flowers from House of Blooms on several of my daughter's occasions but sadly I will no longer trust this business to provide excellent or even decent service. I see no reason why this occurred since I ordered them well in advance. Thank you preparing a beautiful arrangement but the untimely delivery takes alot away from this product. Thank you for your time.
