I have already sent a review for this plant. I was disappointed. I expected to be a prettier poinsettia for the price. I probably will not use your shop again.
the arrangement was full of colored flowers as fillers with one rose stuck in. I have ordered here several times before this is the first time I was not pleased.
I was happy to find a company with same day delivery in the area and with a great selection. However the image of what was delivered has nothing to do with the picture on the website. This is borderline false advertisement. The piece I ordered was a center piece and was not in a silver container - if I wanted a container I would have ordered a vase. In addition, the picture attached has more greens again the picture on your website had a LOT more color and carnations. This was a VERY important gift for me and am exceptionally disappointed. Next time let your customers know the exact number of items in each collection to avoid potential lawsuits or refund requests.

Beautiful arrangement except some flowers were already in full bloom and died within hours of the recipient receiving them. Definitely not worth the $$$ I paid and I upgraded to deluxe. Recipient was happy though.
Online the photo showed an azalea under "blooming plant". I did not specify an azalea in the instructions, but I did hope for a blooming plant, not a bromeliad. I also asked that the colors be blue or at least complementary to the plant. I don't think orange, yellow, and pink ribbon and those balloons do the job. Colors clash - sorry. This was for my aunt's 70th birthday. Ugh! Never again.
The arrangement looks subpar. My expectation of what the arrangement would look like for the price I paid was not close.
For $90 I would expect to have some more expensive flowers in this arrangement. Carnations to the cheapest flowers you can use! I asked for white lilies and red roses and there was probably only one red rose in the whole arrangement.
Flowers look great. Not sure how these guys get off charging a shipping fee of 15 on top of an already expensive delivery fee.
I expected to see a longer arrangement without tall vase. Looks too small for the price.
I was told the vase would be different from the online pic...which was fine. But since the vase used was shorter wish the florist would have used less ribbon...the ribbon is too overpowering and wish the flowers were cut to sit a little taller in the vase.
I was pleased with the customer service, but not with the lifespan of the flowers. The arrangement was sent on Thursday and as of the following Sunday morning (less than 3 days) there were only 3 lillies left- everything else was dead. The recipient of the arrangement changed the water and trimmed the stems hoping the arrangement would last much longer. For the cost of the arrangement I am very disappointed it lasted less than 3 days.
The arrangement is pretty but there were several things different than the original arrangement. The color is different, there are many more leaves from the alstroemerias making it look messy. It looked like there were belles of Ireland for greenery which were more contemporary. I can see one in the back. For $107 I would expect it to be much better than this, I could have put this together myself for much less. This was a group gift for our dear friend coming out of surgery after her 2nd bout of Breast Cancer and it wasn't what I expected. Overall I'm disappointed.
I asked for No tiger lillies. I asked for white and purple flowers. There are 15 tiger lillies, 3 purple roses 1 white Gerber daisy and 5 purple flowers that resemble snap dragons and a whole lot of greenery. She is allergic to tiger lillies. Thanks, Laura
Ok a little small for price? Not see well hope Karen pleased she is what matters!! Not fond of coral mixed with pink and blu hydros. Ribbon ordinary
The order was fast but the flowers looked aged and not in the best shape. The recipient sent me a picture and it was very disappointing.
Apparently, House of Blooms has two web sites. I placed an order ($169) on December 19 on one site and got $10 discount (automatically without asking) and on December 20 I placed an order ($85) on the other site, no discount rather they added a service charge of $4.99. Spoke to the store, the saleperson could not explain the reason. Be careful, different rates on different sites, makes no sense. Disappointed!
It was ok nothing like the Pic I said I wanted! Especially for the price I paid
Good morning. The roses are nice. But I requested an upgrade, and there seem to be even less number than the dozen here.... Not sure why. And not sure what the upgrade meant. It is for a 16th birthday. Thought it would atleast have more than ten roses!
I did not like the filler that you used in this arrangement. It doesn't belong. The flowers on the website were much prettier.
It dies not look like the picture I viewed on the website.
I'm disappointed with how this arrangement turned out. Online, the sample is elegant, airy and has a modern vibe to it. This arrangement looks squished and it looks like it needs to breathe. Definitely not worth what I paid for and not befitting someone's 70 birthday. :(
I can't believe I paid 220$ for this. You guys are crooks.
