I have to say that I am disappointed. The photo I viewed had flowers in the arrangement also. I believe kilanclachi. There are no flowers in this arrangement. If not available, different flowers could have been substituted.

I do like getting a picture of the flowers. I have ordered from you before and the flowers were beautiful. However this time I was underwhelmed. I paid for a deluxe arrangement and it didn't look deluxe at all ! It was a very ordinary arrangement that was just ok to me. My sister sent me a picture when they arrived and yes nice but not deluxe ,which I paid for, or really beautiful like the time before.

The flowers and arrangement is beautiful. The service on the phone and in the shop was fantastic. 5 star for sure. Unfortunately, the vase that was used had an uneven base causing the arrangement to tip over, unless placed perfectly, and spill water. I was lucky I caught it before falling completely. I am surprised this was not noticed in the shop. I had to remove the flowers and use a vase at home.
