The staff at House of Blooms was so amazing - I needed a last minute bouquet (less than 24 hours0 and requested a certain flower - they reached out to me about the condition of the flowers I requested, and we discussed other options. Their suggestions were perfect and my bouquet perfect. This florist really cares about every detail and made my special day perfect.

The plant with added flowers were done very well. My friend's family appreciated them very much. However I was disappointed in the "shipping" fee which I felt was exorbitant and amounted to almost 30% of plant cost, hence the rating.
