This does not look like what is advertised online.

Not sure if this is just a bad photo but this arrangement is not what I expected, it honestly looks cheap and I've never had a bad experience before

Flowers look totally different from what I ordered. Spent almost $200 for my flowers to look like a bunch of greens. Very unhappy will not be ordering again.

The picture of what was sent to our client versus what we ordered based on the picture of the Six/Summer Sunflowers arrangement on your website was a huge disappointment. It looked like something a total amateur would have thrown together very sloppily.

Very Unhappy some Tulips are dead not as full of a tulip that I was expecting. They just got delivered not a Happy Customer and this was not cheap.

For 150 dollars it's a rip off!!!

Flowers arrived & driver told me be careful they fell over. They were soaking wet , all the plastic wrap & cardboard base it was in totally soaked & no water at all left in vase !! 3 roses were snapped off !!

I ordered a Gourmet Basket for $150.00 not a fruit basket. I ordered on phone and the sales agent asked can we had some fruit, I replied a piece or 2. If u look on your site the gourmet basket for $125 is nicer than what was sent for what I paid. I am embarrassed and disappointed that this was sent as a condolence basket for $150. The basket alone looks like something from the Dollar Tree. I definitely expected more from Moravian. Thank you Matthew for listening to me and understanding that this was very poorly made and giving me a refund of 20%. I will definitely have to send something in addition to this to my good friend who lost her mom!

Honestly not too happy. I've been using you guys for years and never ever had a complaint. This was a gift for my mother in law and I'm extremely unhappy.

You screwed up my order his was to be delivered 369 Abington Ave Staten Island NY. Get the corrected today or cancel it

I have to say I was disappointed, it certainly didn't look like 180.00 , nor even a bow!!! All the years I've been getting flowers from you, this is the first time I wasn't happy, dont know if I will ever purchase from you again

It is not vibrant like the photo on the web site. Very bland, NO color. Why are there peach carnations in a fall arrangement? Where is the orange??

I especially liked what you had displayed. I do not care for this,esp|cially for almost 100 dollars. I expected more from your establishment. I liked the butterflies in the show display. I am quite disappointed

The driver called the recipient to tell them That they forgot the flowers and have to go back and get them, ruined the suprise and two hours later and still didn't recieve the flowers… disappointed

You guys suck big time. Flowers should be delivered at 5pm, not 10am !!!!!!! And this picture... I hope those flowers looks better then on this picture !!! So disappointed, it was the last time I used your services.
