Oh no!!! I ordered orchids! What happened?

First off Moravian Florist is relying too much on texts, the internet etc. I receive a text of calla lilies first and of course I'm annoyed. Then I have to call and make sure the roses to the left have been sent. Second I called about using my points and I did not get a clear answer? So, how do I apply my points to a new order? You really need to go back to basics. This is no way to run a business.

I would like a different one what you doing give me option

Where are the flowers?? The picture on your website showed flowers in the photo, I'm extremely disappointed that your flower shop wound think anyone wants to wait for the flowers to bloom. For $112.00 there should be flowers for a Funeral. I'm very very unhappy.

I ordered flowers via phone this morning. The arrangements were lovely. However, they were both addressed to a nurse I sent flowers to in the past at the same office (both arrangements to the same person, who was not discussed at all on the order today), with the name of each of the actual recipients on the inside of the card with the message. The flowers were never ordered to be sent to this nurse. It was quite an embarrassing situation as the flowers were delivered to the wrong person due to the wrong info entered on the outside delivery address, who was not supposed to receive the flowers.

Quite frankly, for the total price of the order, I could have bought a much bigger ‘Lily' plant and at half the price. The basket looks cheap and the plant itself is very small. I am not satisfied with this purchase at all.

It seems like I didn't get much for my $100. Would I have gotten the same arrangement if I was a walk-in client? This is not the first time I ordered from your business and the last time, I certainly got more for my money.

This is pretty but it doesn't look like a $150 arrangement. I am surprised to see so many filler flowers and carnations. I feel bad but I feel disappointed in this. It definitely doesn't look like it matches the budget I sent. I see similar arrangements on your website for much less.

I am absolutely not happy with this arrangement. This is a fruit and gourmet assortment . There were 9 apples and 2 oranges. Why would I want 9 apples??? There should have been a third orange , or a few clementines , at least 2 pears , maybe 2 kiwis or a few bananas, but definitely less apples . I would never have ordered this if I had been told that it was basically apples with 2 oranges . I was told it was an assortment of fruit .

Beautiful but no roses which i paid for would appreciate being reimbursed!!!! #80039749 I was supposed to get $20 removed from my charge. Still waiting to try new receipt!

I am definitely underwhelmed by this floral arrangement I chose to spend extra and get the premium this looks like the standard vase. Looks like the same amount of flowers. Very disappointed

Not what I was expecting when I selected pretty pastels. The arrangement is underwhelming.
