I am sorry to say that I was disappointed with the roses. They were the small white roses, cheap looking. When compared to other white roses sent from other families to the funeral home, huge difference and I paid top dollar. $150

First off Moravian Florist is relying too much on texts, the internet etc. I receive a text of calla lilies first and of course I'm annoyed. Then I have to call and make sure the roses to the left have been sent. Second I called about using my points and I did not get a clear answer? So, how do I apply my points to a new order? You really need to go back to basics. This is no way to run a business.

Where are the flowers?? The picture on your website showed flowers in the photo, I'm extremely disappointed that your flower shop wound think anyone wants to wait for the flowers to bloom. For $112.00 there should be flowers for a Funeral. I'm very very unhappy.

I ordered flowers via phone this morning. The arrangements were lovely. However, they were both addressed to a nurse I sent flowers to in the past at the same office (both arrangements to the same person, who was not discussed at all on the order today), with the name of each of the actual recipients on the inside of the card with the message. The flowers were never ordered to be sent to this nurse. It was quite an embarrassing situation as the flowers were delivered to the wrong person due to the wrong info entered on the outside delivery address, who was not supposed to receive the flowers.
