The first arrangement was average, a rose was broken and some blue flowers felt dried up. I called and asked if they could replace those few flowers, and stated there was no need to replace the entire arrangement. But, they sent a new, smaller arrangement anyway. It was beautiful and the delivery lady was a sweetheart. Thank you very much!
