Exceptional!! I loved getting a photo… (although lovely) it showed me that the flower colors were not all the same as what I had ordered. But I called Flower Patch, the woman could not have been nicer and she easily and graciously replaced the flowers to be the color that I saw on the website. Fantastic service! I recommend Flower Patch to the highest degree!

I ordered an arrangement for a 50th anniversary. I ordered it through Salt Lake City. It was for deliverary in Orem, so it was the Provo Flower Patch. It was for deluvery on Thursday April 11th. I did not receive the picture until Monday April 15th. It certainly was not what I ordered. Needless to say I was very UNHAPPY. I called the Salt Lake store, who have always done beautiful arrangements, I have never been disatisfied with them. They tried to make up for the arrangement, but the disappointment really can't be un done. I will continue to order through the Salt Lake location, but I will NEVER have anything else to do with the Provo store. I will also give plenty of advertisement. ZERO stars for the Provo star.
