When I ordered my flowers, I specifically requested that they not look like FUNERAL flowers. I wanted a beautiful BOUQUET, not a floral spray of flowers. And although the spray is a beautiful arrangement using the flowers I specified, it was NOT what I requested

I was wanting more color than that no yellows or orange it's green and white. It's nothing like what I was expecting honestly. I just wasted 100$ and the florist it's getting delivered to is not gonna be happy or impressed with this arrangement..Won't be using you again

This is not what we ordered!!! It was to be a large standing arrangement. This is completely wrong! So disappointing. We want our money back!

I was very disappointed with the flowers, way over priced and not what I expected. She got 2 more flower arraignments that was better and cheaper. I will probably not use flower patch for my next purchase

This looks nothing like what is shown on the website. It shows 7 flowers and they are all bloomed and showing lots of color. This one has 2 flowers that are bloomed then the rest are closed and does not look good. I get some colors looking differently but this looks horrible and I am not happy at all with what I received

I literally called and asked for tons of pink and white flowers since these were for a gender reveal for a girl. I said if you HAD to put purple it needed to be a lilac purple. I was told that wouldn't be an issue. I was told it could be done before dropping $77 on flowers. This looks like you threw whatever flower you had left into a bouquet.

Awful! Flowers that were delivered were dead, broken and did NOT look like the picture that was sent via email. When I called about it they sent a “replacement” and the “replacement” was even worse! Won't be using Flower Patch again!

They charged me $12.50 for delivery and then said they were unable to deliver on the day I requested. When I asked them to please try again they told me the recipient requested a different day. If they did take instruction from the recipient, that is extremely troubling considering she's only 9 years old.

awful!! Picture that was sent was NOT what was delivered! Flowers dead, broken etc. when I called they said they would deliver another one the next day. Same thing! Picture was sent (looked like the 1st pic sent) but was NOT what was delivered! Looked even worse than what was delivered the day before. My sister in law had to take the flowers back and ask for them to refund the flowers! Won't be using again!

No, it looks more like a funeral arrangement. This is a baby's birth. This is ugly. Where is the balloon? I was looking for something bright and colorful. Not a HUGE sunflower in the center.

The greenery could look... less topsy turvy. sort of like it was made upside down or in a big hurry. Does not reflect a carfully put together arrangement. I am disappointed.

Thank you for the photo. However I ordered purple and green foliage only, I don't know why there is yellow. She doesn't like yellow. Disappointed you didn't follow my wishes. :( This arrangement does not look like an $85 order.

So disappointed! $120 for this??? Two Shasta daisies, a few regular daisies and some filler. Really? I will NEVER recommend flower patch again. I feel robbed! And a balloon does not cost them a thing! Terrible and cheap flower arrangement.

This does not look nothing like the picture, even though it's been fixed the purple flowers are not fully opened. Will never purchase anything from this place again this was my first and last time .

Yesterday I ordered flowers for my girlfriend and they still haven't arrived. I sent a message to the seller and they didn't answer me. I asked for a real photo of the flowers and they didn't give it to me. I feel scammed.

The order arrived 3 days late.

I got a conformation that it was delivered and when I checked with my family they never received them. I will never order from here again! I only left 1 star because I couldn't leave 0.

The flowers are beautiful. I was hoping there would be more colors - the photo on the website was more cheerful, I didn't like that it was all pink and the daisy's were bunched up too tightly with short stems. They may have looked like this when they left the shop but when she received them they were all drooping.

If I could give a zero I would! You left the price tag on the arrangement and delivered it to the funeral home. How unbelievably tacky of you!

It got delivered to the wrong house. The address was correct. The house is not white.

I am sorry, but I simply cannot recommend you to anyone. The photo of flowers to be sent looked bad, nothing like the picture online. I flew to Utah, I saw the arrangement I purchased from you next to everything else on the counter. Sad, that's all I can say. It's sad.
