Flower arrangement was lovely but hated the cheap vase. For over $100 bouquet, I truly would have expected something nicer that would have complimented the arrangement, rather than detracted from it.
Could you take out the white flower and put something in with a little color, Please? I think color brightens the arrangement.

As you can see the flowers look great, I was pretty disappointed that your company wasn't able to deliver them on time, I request a 10:00 to 2:00 delivery time, I called in at 10:00 and the driver was just getting ready to leave but by the time your driver showed up 2:24 we had already left town. It seems like a 4-hour window should be enough time.
The flowers were pretty, but they weren't the same as what we saw on the website when we placed the order. I went back in to check the website but the original photo had been removed. Maybe there was an update between the time I placed the order and the time the order was processed?
The spray looks smaller and not full like in the picture On website . I feel like this is over charge for $250 compare with others. The color of flower are off. In the website more sweet pastel color With pink and purple color not a bright pink which I don't really appreciate. Would be nice if you calling us to inform that some of flower color will be different depending seasonal or whatever.
This is similar to the arrangement I selected, but it is far less attractive. The roses don't look fresh in this photo and none of the flowers are open. Cattails, fall leaves and berries are missing as well. Sixty dollars is a lot to pay for an arrangement that looks like it will never be more attractive than this. I thought you al would do a better job than this.
Used Flower Patch when we lived in Utah in the past. I am just a little disappointed that the arrangement was not more FALL colorful. The glass bowl is cheep looking. The person who took the order was not very helpful with suggestions. I am sure my daughter will make changes to make it more professional looking. Hope this comment is helpful. Would like to have talked to the Flower Patch in Provo and NOT Murry. I know we are dealing with Covid and cost management is everything.
I did ask for sunflowers and pink roses but for $62 I thought it would have other flowers besides the inexpensive greens. Just seems like a really overly basic case of flowers for what we are paying. I picked up a bouquet from their cooler ore made for $35 and it was amazing. Not sure what is happening.

Flowers are beautiful in the preview picture, but I got no notification of delivery, so I don't actually know if they were delivered successfully, etc.
The roses were not buds they were fully opened, not good. Also, the pink flowers in your online photo were a very delicate light pink and the ones you sent were a bright pink. The arrangement was much prettier in the photo I saw before I ordered them. Not pleased with the end result and they were also delivered a day late. ☹️
you go the sash wrong. it was supposed to say "treasured friend" not "Dearest friend"
I requested a particular time because that's when the person who receiving them would be home to be surprised.
They were pretty and very fresh but I am a little disappointed that the mixed bouquet my mother received did not have the big yellow roses I thought she was getting. I am Canadian and they cost me almost twice as much for me to send. So I really wanted them to be special.
So overall the flowers are pretty. I was expecting a bit more of flowers to make it extra full. It seemed like it needed more big white flowers to me. Also I requested the baby boy set with the baby boy ribbon but I don't see that here.

The flowers look pretty good, the greens are a little long and dont look as tidy as the advertised photo (not a big deal). I don't like the all white ceramic cup near as much as the advertised colored ceramics. With so many white flowers it looks too monochrome. Overall pretty happy.
The arrangement was beautiful but , I guess because it was for a Monday funeral, It must have been made on Saturday. Many of the roses had turned brown on the edge of the petals , some were opening and curling and the delphiniums were wilted. I was so appreciative that when I called, you quickly sent out more flowers so I could pull out the bad ones and replace with fresh. Ultimately the arrangement was everything I had hoped for. Thank you.
I'm sorry I wasn't more clear. They just lost a baby boy and I imagined more of a soft blue. Less blue and more white. I wanted something a little artful not just a bouquet. We talked about a blue orchid and lots of white in the bottom around. What do you think? Thank you for getting them to them today. I appreciate it.

I am kind of sad what wanted wasn't created. I would never ordered two huge dark pink gerbera daisies smack dab in the middle of the bouquet. This wasn't what wanted and I even told you that I wanted the same bouquet as my daughter received for her birthday on the 14th of December. Not a single gerbara daisy in that one. Oh well, I don't think I have ever been disappointed in the past with your business so I can live with it. It was missing the yellow tulips and it was such a dark arrangement.
