Arrangement is close enough to the picture online (although it is in a round basket and the one online is a square). So I would give that 4 stars. Considering I was told by the store manager, Karina, at the Provo location that they preferred square baskets for this arrangement instead of the round ones, and that that is what it would be arranged in. Karina also informed me that they don't make these arrangements in their stores, they have them made offsite by a third party vendor who delivers them to their stores after an order is placed. This could possibly explain the price of $85.00 for 4 plants and a basket...IDK? After my arduous phone call placing my order with Karina, I was led to believe that she was putting in the specific request I had to substitute the Peace Lily out with a different green plant. BUT....here is the final product, and there is a Peace Lily in it. So, because of that, I am giving the 2 star rating. (round basket and Peace Lily in arrangement I asked to have substituted.) After noticing from looking over other clients reviews/pictures here on the Flower Patch website, there are inconsistencies between clients orders of this 4 plant arrangement, which mislead me and could potentially in the future mislead clients into thinking that they can request to have specific plants put in their arrangement. And, I didn't get a good explanation from Karina as to why other client's order of this same arrangement looked different from the picture online, especially after I was repeatedly told that my order would match the online picture. So, for me, I would have preferred them to just be up frank and honest with me, stating I will put in your request, but it is a crap shoot as to what you will actually be getting because we don't put them together here in our store. So basically, don't have any specific expectations, other than for sure 3 green plants, 1 blooming plant, and 1 basket! Instead of repeatedly being told, "It will look just like the picture online."

The flowers were beautiful! Horrible service. I'm out of town and got my girlfriend flowers for our anniversary. They didn't tell me that they couldn't deliver them. I had to call in. For some reason the delivery guy couldn't find her apartment. But they didn't tell me until an hour before they closed. So I had to pay my buddy 50 bucks to drive up there and get the flowers delivered. Super stressful.

OK let's start with the fact that I place my order it was accidentally canceled I had to call twice no one called me back the first time after they said they would my name is misspelled in this email the flowers were OK but not exactly what I ordered very disappointed in the service The last person that called me Lisa had good customer service And told me the truth about what it actually happened that I did not receive an email because my order had not been placed but yet the money had to take it out of my checking account will never use this florist again do not recommend based on staffing issues apparently but appreciate the fact that they did get them out that night

The flowers are good but the vase is not what I expected. Still, I would give 4 stars but the reason I'm only giving 2 stars is for the DEPLORABLE customer service I have been forced to endure over the last 24 hours. If you have ANY desire to improve your business email me. But it doesn't seem like anyone over there cares....all your greedy company cares about is money and that's where the customer service ends, the minute the payment is received.

Disappointed in the flower selection. The picture online showes at least a dozen roses and three gerbera daisies. The arrangement which was delivered had only carnations and gladiolas. Quite cheap looking compared to online. I realize substitutions sometimes must be made due to availability but the substitution should be of comparable value. I did receive friendly service from the person I spoke with and appreciate the delivery to a very rural location.

Long purple flower in back was broken on delivery. Yellow and purple flowers were wilted by the next day and the closed flowers never actually opened. Basically the arrangement only looked good for the first evening then quickly deteriorated before the next morning despite following care instructions.

It is not the same vase as in the picture online. I liked the square vase that was online. This makes it look smaller.

The delivery was late. My wife gets out of work at 1.30 and the flowers get there at the last minute. People and security was looking for my wife at the parking lot. Very funny. The delivery supposed to be before 12am.

Flowers-1 star. Provo Flower Patch-4 stars This is a difficult review to give. The arrangement is a disaster. However,everyone I spoke with at Provo Flower Patch was very friendly and willing to go the extra mile to satisfy this customer. Unfortunately that didn't happen. But not for a lack of trying. I told the floral designer that I needed an arrangement for a child's funeral. It needed to be special, with beautiful white flowers, along with pink roses. I gave her a budget and told her to dazzle me. She told me that it wouldn't cost nearly that much. We agreed on an amount and she was going to arrange something beautiful. This arrangement really needed to be special. It wasn't. It wasn't even good. So, would I use Provo Flower Patch again? Yes, I would. It seems that the girl who put this arrangement together is probably a little inexperienced and had difficulty coming up with something on her own. Not sure that I'm okay with this basket... doesn't look as nice as your photo online at this price... also the bow or ribbon looks a bit mishap. Hope it's actually nicer than the photo, maybe just a bad angle The last plant basket I purchased from you looked much prettier.

We were very unhappy with the arrangement. The White large flowers were yellow and the pinks were dusty and dark. The whole arrangement looked dark and crowded.

Not a fan of the greenery sticking up in the back.. I thought we discussed a white and pastel arrangement and this looks very green and yellow. A little less greenery and a little more white would help. Thanks!

The dark orange flowers look like they are almost dead and missing lots of petals. While the arrangement I ordered said that colors could vary, I didn't imagine they would vary that much! I wanted something cheerful and bright. This looks drab and down. Very displeased. Any way to re do it and send me a new photo. This is not what I ordered in quality or appearance.
