I never received my flowers. I was called and told they would be delivered on Monday 1/20. They never arrived it's now 1/23. Id give a 0 if it was an option

Bouquet looks nothing like the picture. It only had 7 Roses and 6 Small flowers when we ordered the Premium flowers. It was so small compared to how it actually looks in the photo.

They were not delivered!

It was terrible, not even close to what I ordered and paid over $110 for. Will never order again. By the time 1/2 the flowers bloom, the others will be dead.

I ordered a centerpiece for Christmas called Royal Christmas centerpiece. I encourage you to go online and look at it. This is far far from what I ordered. There's no ribbon. The pinecones were busted up. The ornaments were haphazard sticking in, and it was lopsided! I wish I could put a picture of it online with the review, I give them zero stars, my heart sank when I saw it!

The flowers would have been great, however they were just left on my porch in the elements. This wouldn't have been so bad if they had been wrapped or in a box. Due to them being left outside until I came home they no longer look nice. There should have been a plan other than leaving them outside if the homeowner isn't home - like a phone call. I'm disappointed for sure.

The flowers were delivered a day later than I requested. When I called and talked to Omar I was assured that they would have the exact same flowers I ordered delivered on the date requested. Instead my wife received a different arrangement that what Omar and I discussed. Please tell me why I should ever order from FTD again since you messed up the original delivery by being late and then messed up the second delivery by sending the wrong flowers.

Honestly I didn't like the flowers. It didn't look nothing like the picture I order. One big thing about it I ordered pink roses, But got red instead and it looked as if it was thrown together in a rush.

Roses were beautiful when they arrived on 9/10! Started dying on Friday and all roses died as of 9/15 didn't even last a week.

Flower were beautiful but started dying hours after being delivered.

Received 2 floral arrangements from FB in one week. Both came to my house when no one was home ... both arrangements left on the front stoop in windy, rainy(off & on all day) weather with no protection .. no plastic bag, no box ... nothing. Both arrangments were blown over ...I would not recommend this florist.

Horrible. To be delivered with dirty water with a whole spot missing in the back. Just horrible.

The flowers arrived with some blossoms falling off as the diver handed over the bouquet. The remaining flowers wilted and died within 2-3 days. Just a bad experience!

There were hardly any roses and very bad looking bouquet. The picture and kind of flowers were deceptive. Horrible experience and did not put a smile on the receiver.

I am very upset I specifically ordered the hummingbird vase. Dif not receive what I ordered. I should of been notified ! Plus the recipient wasn't home so flowers were not delivered the day they were supposed to. You had my phone number you should of called and I would of told you to leave them at the front door !!!! I sent these to my boss and when she sent me a picture it was NOT like there one I had picked out. Not even close! I was very disappointed and don't feel they were worth over 60$

Not what I ordered. Disappointed.

The arrangement was the same size and shape as the arrangement I ordered for my wife but not the same color or feel. My wife loves lavender and lilac but the arrangement was pink with a hint of lavender, even the lavender vase of clear. I normally go to a florist but your online picture was perfect so I made the mistake of ordering online. Everyone I show your online pictures and the actual pictures to say I should ask for a refund. I also requested a morning delivery and had to return home when they said they were on their way, then I waited 40 minutes for them to arrive. Won't make this mistake again!

I never received my flowers. When the person who purchased them called for a reason as to why they were not delivered in time, she was told they would be delivered that day. They were never delivered. Who knows where they ended up or what they will look like if they ever get delivered.

The flowers were beautiful but they lasted 3 days. I was very disappointed because most flowers last at least 5-7 days. No plant food accompanied the flowers. I don't believe I would recommend using this service again
