I sent these to my boss and when she sent me a picture it was NOT like there one I had picked out. Not even close! I was very disappointed and don't feel they were worth over 60$

The arrangement was the same size and shape as the arrangement I ordered for my wife but not the same color or feel. My wife loves lavender and lilac but the arrangement was pink with a hint of lavender, even the lavender vase of clear. I normally go to a florist but your online picture was perfect so I made the mistake of ordering online. Everyone I show your online pictures and the actual pictures to say I should ask for a refund. I also requested a morning delivery and had to return home when they said they were on their way, then I waited 40 minutes for them to arrive. Won't make this mistake again!

I never received my flowers. When the person who purchased them called for a reason as to why they were not delivered in time, she was told they would be delivered that day. They were never delivered. Who knows where they ended up or what they will look like if they ever get delivered.

The flowers were beautiful but they lasted 3 days. I was very disappointed because most flowers last at least 5-7 days. No plant food accompanied the flowers. I don't believe I would recommend using this service again

Unfortunately 3 roses died the next day. Then 3 more the following day. I was not impressed. I had flowers at Jewel last longer than this. Very disappointing.

No. The delivery person left them outside uncovered or package protected and they sat in freezing cold weather for many hours as we were not home. Needless to say they lasted but a day! Plus the arrangement looked like a few bundles from Trader Joe's and there was no succulent in it.

Flowers did not arrive as ordered on 800flowers Order that did arrive is as depicted in this photo but again not as ordered , completely different. My order was pink and red roses that was to be a dozen each with pink and purple fillers and a full arrangement that was $300 ... order I received would have been better bought at Jewel .. was not impressed by what I did receive and was embarrassed.. I normally buy my girl amazing and beautiful Flowers and sped top dollar but this was gas station quality

Actually I was quite disappointed this time. I ordered the biggest bouquet possible for this one when i usually order the smaller sizes and it looks even smaller than some of those. I will not do that in the future. I was really surprised in all the wrong ways unfortunately.

wasn't able to just leav delivery. delivery was rescheduled, wasn't able to get same day delivery. told me order was changed but it wasnt

This arrangement arrived with bent stems and was not a full bouquet. My friend ordered me a beautiful bouquet which looks totally different from what I received. Horribly disappointed. Look on the Flower Basket's Facebook page. I posted the two pictures there so one can see the difference. I also encouraged my friend to file a fraud claim.

They were dead and when I sent them to my boss she stated that they were not the correct ones she ordered and the balloon was wrong.

I thought the flowers were cute, but my husband advised me that you left out three deliveries and I'm pretty damn pissed and disappointed about that. He showed me a picture of the entire order. They were supposed to be flowers that I've gotten delivered the two small balloons, a big balloon, a raccoon, stuffed air, teddy bear, stuffed animal and a raccoon card a bigger one I got nothing for 172 dollars. I'm thinking the flowers and fans The balloons should've been equivalent to about 75 maybe 25 with shipping so 100 bucks I need 72 back on his card please

I am very disappointed in my flowers and their delivery. We were gone all afternoon until 8pm. The flowers were left on a bench on our porch-exactly as shown. No protection covering against the 33° cold, and I never got a phone call that they were there and my number was on the enclosure card. The flowers were drooping and dropping petals the next morning. I called the next day and was told I would receive a new bouquet on Friday as a flower shipment was coming in. I never got the replacement bouquet or a call to explain why. At this point, my gift giver should receive a full refund.

I thought they were ok, a little bizarre with the strange green carnations, but when my SIL (who ordered them for me) came over and saw them, she was NOT happy. They look nothing like what she ordered. She just sent me a a pic of the listing and it's not even close. I feel bad for her, as she didn't get her money's worth at all.

I'm sure my niece paid dearly for these flowers but they looked nothing like the picture above. It looked like someone just gathered a bunch of flowers at random and pushed them in a vase. Two if the daises were wilted! I didn't want my neice to know how they looked as I'm sure she would have been disappinted. She should get a refund or some compensation

Very disappointed!!! Only 1 rose in the whole bouquet and no carnations. !! You neglected to copy the $70 picture I ordered!!

I was most disappointed with the vase of flowers I received from my sister for Christmas. There were too few flowers in the vase. We were expecting a bouquet called home for Christmas and that is not what I received.
