Poor quality.

Received a day late. They look like they were left in a vehicle for days before delivery. I have pictures for reference.

I'm sure my niece paid dearly for these flowers but they looked nothing like the picture above. It looked like someone just gathered a bunch of flowers at random and pushed them in a vase. Two if the daises were wilted! I didn't want my neice to know how they looked as I'm sure she would have been disappinted. She should get a refund or some compensation

Very disappointed!!! Only 1 rose in the whole bouquet and no carnations. !! You neglected to copy the $70 picture I ordered!!

I was most disappointed with the vase of flowers I received from my sister for Christmas. There were too few flowers in the vase. We were expecting a bouquet called home for Christmas and that is not what I received.

The flowers appeared pretty How ever the flowers were delivered without any plastic to cover them they were left outside on the front porch by the delivery person -they were exposed to extreme colder weather -theyvgot burnt by the cold temperatures outside. So I had to pull flowers out as they were damaged by the cold. Suggest protecting them if you are gong to leave them outside!

The design is not well put together, the colors are not pretty.

What I received was completely different from what my husband ordered, if there's going to be a change on the order they should contact the buyer and let them know.

I received the wrong order of flowers. My boyfriend ordered me a Christmas bouquet but instead I received a pink roses with white flowers instead (Not my colors at all). It looked like a get well bouquet or baby shower bouquet. I was extremely disappointed. He called about it several times but there was no Christmas bouquet sent to me at all!

The delivery was terrible, I think these flowers were arranged many days before delivery....The flowers were opened too much and consequently died already, which I feel as a florest you guys will like the customers to enjoy them a least a couple of days. I know the person that send them to me was also upset because the delivery was supposed to be Monday and I received them until Wednesday.

The flowers were left outside without any protection. When I got home from work they were frozen and died within 30 minutes of thawing out. it was very disappointing

Flowers were left on the front porch in below 32 degree temperatures so they died immediately. Terrible delivery policy

The flowers arrived to my doorstep in 15 degree weather with no door bell ring so no idea how long they were out in frigid temperatures. Additionally, some of the flowers had died.

Recipient didn't know who they were from or to...As you failed to Insert the note card. Also florist name wasn't anywhere. Spent alot of money for such a failure. I sent to Eva.
