Wow! I am absolutely speechless. I bought these for a relative of mine and they were just as in love with it as I was. I especially liked that there were some flowers that were closed so it can last longer. Thank you!

I didn't want to give you a low rating, so I kept ignoring your requests to give you a review. But you kept sending me texts to give you a review over & over. So here it goes! I specifically asked for WHITE DAISIES in the bouquet for my sister's birthday because she LOVES WHITE DAISES. She got the bouquet in this picture. There are white MUMS, but not as single white daisy! I called & explained my disappointment. You sent a replacement bouquet with the EXACT same flowers, but it had 8 roses instead of 6! You TOOK BACK the first bouquet. Your website even showed a WHITE DAISY bouquet, but my sister got 2 bouquets from you, but NOT the WHITE DAISIES I specifically requested. If you had no WHITE DAISIES in your shop, I should have been told that! The flowers were pretty & fresh , but NOT the bouquet I requested. That is why I gave you 2 stars. I was very disappointed that my sister did NOT get her favorite flower. That was the whole purpose of this bouquet. Like I said, my phone call did NOT rectify the problem. It just repeated the problem with a bouquet exactly gge same as the first one!!!!!

I'm so lucky to have the Flower Basket in my neighborhood. Every time I order flowers to be delivered to my home they're always fresh and beautifully arranged. I've used them since I moved to the area years ago. The delivery people are very cordial and pleasant.

The flowers themselves were great, the problem was with the add ons (card and chocolates) that were not as described. I didn't get a card even though I paid $6 for onr and I got 2 4oz boxes of nasty chocolate when I paid for 1 14oz box according to the page I ordered from. These problems made the order a disappointment.
