They are beautiful

This arrangement as by far even more beautiful than the photo! It arrived fresh and well organized and smelled divine. The driver was incredible-it was dark, COLD, and our house is down a slippery hill.He gave more than excellent service for DBG! I highly recommend the Flower Basket

It was terrible, not even close to what I ordered and paid over $110 for. Will never order again. By the time 1/2 the flowers bloom, the others will be dead.

I was totally displeased with my order and the ability to have my complaint heard. The order looked nothing like the photo of original on line. I tried calling several times to no avail.My sister passed on today.So it bothers more than ever now. Mistakes happen but there must be away to reasonably correct them. Extremely dissatisfied with my experience with my order!

Beautiful flower

Flowers are beautiful. Delivery veas a mess. I wasn't home for maybe an hour and they claimed they called, but I didn't get a message. I came home to wait for them to be delivered. I spent my birthday sitting at home waiting for these flowers to arrive and they didn't come. The flowers were delivered the next evening. Since they were ordered off the FTD website we didn't know which flower shop was delivering them or who to call. FTD wouldn't provide us with that information or give my boyfriend a refund. He sat at home all day Saturday waiting for the flowers and they were delivered at 6:30pm. I told him not to order flowers from ftd again.

Five stars. The flowers are lovely. My niece and her family sent them. This was a complete surprise! I found the tag in my mailbox and phoned. I actually picked them up at your location which worked out well for me.

They look as pictured. Received a text stating that order will arrive soon. I expected 1-3 hours. Arrived 5-6 hours later.
